I don't have an issue with the cap since I have plenty of alts. I siphon off about 250K-500K whenever I get extra. I think I have e-mailed around 4 bill already.

While the part of your post I cropped was all good advice, whether or not any server is "dead" depends on when you can play. I know how dead the normally higher population servers are in the wee hours of the morning when I can play (generally only Virtue has much going on), so I'd be surprised if the lower pop servers are very much better anytime other than prime time.

Plant/thermal, or Plant/cold would work as well for a controller. Tanks work well with a blaster. We have run tank/blaster only teams in the Hardcore SG and done rather well.

64 at metacritic, but reviews tend to be on the higher side until the actual release date. Reviews being that it's dull isn't encouraging though. Say what you will about how flawed Bay movies are, but at least they try to be entertaining. A super hero movie needs to be entertaining more than anything.

Not sure what peak fury would be at in that case and how much additional targets would factor in there.

Hi! Welcome to the forums. First I'd like to point out (without sounding too stuck-up) that a new player should probably focus more on experiencing the content as it was designed, running missions arcs and enjoying the 1-50 game the way it was meant to be enjoyed. If you simply PL yourself to 50 you're missing out on the most fun parts of the game in my opinion.

Statesman. I'll openly admit I despise more than is justifiable. I'm sure a lot of it is based on my initial reaction to seeing him with his wannabe Magneto helm. For such a signature character, his look comes across as being mailed in. The fact that he has been classified in lore as kind of a jerk isn't helping. Add in Jack taking on the name and being the spiting image personality wise of States and well, it was just too many nails in the coffin. Love the name to the point of being jealous and wished there was a better character in there.

It's funny...SO much has changed since the last time I played this game.
Back then, my wife and I were in a bad patch in our marriage. I'd play for hours at a time and she'd get wicked pissed at me. But since then we've really worked HARD on our marriage (which now rocks, by the way) and we do many more things together...and that now includes playing MMOs.
We've done WOW together and now that we're bored with that I'm looking forward to showing her around what I still consider to be my all-time favorite game.

If you aren't having fun at a computer game then you are doing it wrong. If you had enough fun with a build before and want to roll it again, knock yourself out. Personally speaking, I kind of like hitting Aim + BU and wrecking some boss's world.

Scrapper = Elec/SD. Is this combo chosen simply for alternating LR and SC? Would this combo be better on a Brute? In this case I am more inclined towards damage...whichever combo yields more of it.
Corruptor = Fire/Kin or Fire/Cold, although does /Cold compare to /Kin in this sense? Not looking for a player buffing toon really (in the sense of keeping shields up and what not, you can be sure you would be FS'ed like crazy when around me though)
Dom = ??? .. definitely will want to reach permadom though
Scrapper: Elec, or Fire/sd. I would also toss out Spines with /fire, /dark, or elec.
Corrupter: Fire/kin, or Fire/traps.
Dom: I'll go slightly off path and say Plant/fire/ice. Since you already have a Fire controller, I figured going with the second best AoE primary would work. -
