Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing a blast set that wasn't something launched from your hand. Like you summon beams of light from the sky, chunks of earth from the ground, furious winds to overcome your opponent, etc. Ranged damage doesn't have to mean "Shoots out of the hand." So if they did that with a light-based set, that'd be okay in my book.

Quote:If I had to guess, Full Auto and the Dual Pistols one. One's a cone with a very long animation time and doesn't do as much damage as RoA, while the other also doesn't do as much damage and is a PBAoE, putting you in harm's way.Er, no they DID say that a couple of the non-crashing nukes would see tweaks. One would remain the same, the other 2 would see a bump down in recharge.
RoA probably won't see any changes, which is perfectly fine by me. -

Because they haven't released it yet. Honestly, we'll get stuff when we get stuff, and until they come out with a factual deadline saying "We get this item on this date", chill out and be patient.

Quote:Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong here, but as far as I know...My own question, which is not really a question, is to sort out the 5th Column and Council mess. Which AV is where now, which story arcs were 5th and which Council, more distinction between their mob types.
Requiem's back and leading the 5th Column.
Reichsman is now one of his generals, working under Requiem.
Vandal more than likely rejoined the 5th, but we don't know for sure.
Nosferatu hasn't been touched on at all, as far as I know.
Maestro stuck with the Council according to a low level hero Tip mission.
Archon Burkholder's fate is entirely unknown as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to rejoin the 5th after his failures in Striga. Considering he was one of the first to turn traitor, though, I don't think Requiem would want him back. -
We'll get new stuff when we get new stuff.
Chill. -

Yeah, but as long as one of your builds is Crab, you'll have Crabspider legs regardless of which build you're using.

1. You can't have someone you rescue simply fade. If you're rescuing a hostage, they will always run to door. If you set it up so it's a captive or ally, you get more options, but again, none of them involve the captive fading away.
2. There's already an enemy group called "Empty." If set to this, no one will spawn. It's very useful. Just have you mission's enemy group be set to Empty and no one will spawn throughout the entire map except for the individual objectives you place. You can even use Empty for objectives, in case you want just a boss to spawn and no minions. -
I'd still prefer a Black Panther movie :\

In particular, the arena area is apparently designated for ERP sessions. So hanging out there and using it for arena stuff, you'll be bound to bump into the ERPers more than the normal/not-so-normal RPers.

Blue side may have more content, but that's because a majority of it is really old and sucks. So it's a quantity over quality thing, where Red's arcs have higher quality where blue has more quantity. And like others have said, nowadays they keep a balance of content so scales aren't tipped one way or the other. Except when blueside got a new Positron and Sister P TF, and also got to keep the old ones. But those are an exception 'cause the old ones were terribad and needed to be tossed.

Quote:The toes were really long, yeah. The foot also had a massively deformed heel and what looked like two ankles, while the entire foot was one big slope as opposed to how a normal foot looks. As for the feet, Pocket D Strapped Heels for female characters. They really did that well and I think when it first came out people complained about the toes looking too big or something and it was eventually fixed to look better.
It was a more deformed foot than the Flat feet we have now, tbh. -

Quote:Bam
- because it's fun
- Because it's unique from other powers
- Because it's unique from other powers in a way that isn't just "MOAR DEF/DAM/AoE!"
- Because it goes with the idea of the set
- Because having a game-play feature that reflects the nature of your character's abilities can be more immersive
- Because there's only so many ways to put together the various things in a power(damage, Endurance, Recharge, e.t.c.), particularly across the whole set, while still being balanced, before things get samey and thus defeating the purpose of making a new set at all
- It's fun.

I ignore it. It's just one of those things where sometimes in game mechanics should just be left out of RP.

Quote:In order to make hands with individual fingers the devs will need to go back and spend time remaking every single existing glove option we have. That's more than a two dozen different costume parts that time will be spent on. And along the way folks will complain about their old gloves being edited and changed quite a bit, as they do every time costume parts are changed. You can have feet with individual toes after the rest of us get hands with individual fingers.
In order to make legit looking feet the devs only need to create one new boot option from scratch. Nothing will be replaced. -
Quote:You've chosen to never watch a show purely 'cause a few raging fans? Guess you're not a fan of anything, then, 'cause every popular thing ever has crazy fans, including this game. Also, let's not bend (ahem) to the fans of Avatar over everything. I wouldn't be against a wind set but come on, can you imagine the copyright infringements popping up everywhere? It happens enough as it is, but this would be begging for it.
...I've never seen a single episode simply because the fan behavior irks me, much like most anime due to otakus.
And every new set ever gets copyright infringements or abused in gross ways. Report those players and move on. It's obviously never been a sound argument against anything, anyway. Otherwise we wouldn't have Shields, Claws, Water, etc.
And here's a few wind-based characters, bee tee dubs. It's not just Avatar fans that want a legit Wind set.
