I hope they lower the damage on inferno to rebalance the sets.
Then again I play a Traps/DP and a Time/Rad now and I am very happy with them both.
When something good happens to me, I can never enjoy it....

I don't think powersets can read. Much less be aware of concepts such as friendships or relationships.
Unless you were trying to passive aggressively make a subtle statement about the direction the game is going in the shape of a personal letter.
These days, can't be sure what are the intents of someone in the internet. Lots of crazy people into lots of weird stuff hearing lots of weird voices.
But I don't judge. I heard someone married a fruit salad once. I'm cool with that. Ergo, I'm cool with you breaking up with a powerset.

I am a realist, Mr./Mrs./Ms. Hopeling. I respect strength, and my praises for my powerset friends are earned through their exceptional performance. I am not some sort of socialist hippie who believes that everything should unconditionally be treated equally and held in the highest regard whether they earn it or not.
If you are not the very best at a certain field, my powerset friends, it stands to reason that something else is better than you. Archery was formerly the best possible AOE damage that a Blaster could have, which made its weakness in the single target area excusable. Now though, Mr. Fire Blast has surpassed Archery at even that (due to what I feel is newly earned respect, I would like everyone in this thread to start referring to it as 'Mr. Fire Blast,' if you don't mind.)

This, From the man who has made himself the posterchild for nerfing drain psyche. I don't know if you are serious or not, in case you are I doubt you could have done more to make the devs want to nerf the power.

Dear Archery,
It's been fun playing you, defending you, and bragging about you all this time. Unfortunately though, it's time for our relationship to come to an end.
It would appear that your brother, Fire Blast, is encroaching on your territory. You see, his nuke won't crash anymore either, and its cooldown will be short enough that Fireball + RoF combined with a less frequent (?) Inferno shall put Fire ahead of you in terms of both burst AOE and AOE over time.
Of course, Fire also does more single target damage than you do, and so it looks like I will be retiring my talked about (some of you might have heard of it) Archery/Mental Blaster and moving all his goodies over to my Fire/Mental.
It's been a good run Archery, thanks for the fun times, and RIP.
