Normally, I SuperSpeed joust them. I run by so fast that by the time the server notifies them I'm in their Perception range, I'm out of their attack range.

Close, but no.
paragonwiki.com/wiki/Flight#Calculating_Flight_Speed_of_Temporary_Fly_P owers
Although, it's possible that lower levels have a lower flyspeed cap that is being hit by Temp Fly powers. But at level 50, you are not flightspeed capped with Temp Fly powers. -

Me.
To get the Assist Badge, I'm running the same WST many times. I'm winding up with many copies of the same component which I'll probably never use. But rather that component sitting in my Salvage forever unused, I convert it to a Shard and use it.
If that's too steep a cost for you <whatever that means> then do the TF that corresponds to the Component you need instead of the TF that doesn't give you the Component you need, OR... take the Merits. -

Was the shut-down wildly off from the weekly 7:00 AM ET announced maintenance time?
Cause... then one should haven't started a TF so close to expected shut-down time. -
The purpose of not allowing PA to survive Hami was purposely to make rotating or heavily supported Tankers needed for the Hami Raid. The New Hami Raid was specifically constructed to require a full range of AT rolls and to keep one person with perma-PA from making Tankers useless and Hami agro unimportant.
Since we've heard from the Devs that no such design strategy went into making the Incarnate Raids, but on the contrary, made so that an unbalanced PuG (thanks to the Turnstile) could still do these Raids, it is very highly unlikely that the PA will be made vulnerable for Incarnate Raids.
So, quell that nerfaphobia, folks.

Get the Ethereal Shift recipe drop (cheap on the market) or the PvP Zone Phase Shift.
Doesn't matter if you're seen. -
I think Depp is a really good actor. While one may not like a specific characterization and not like that many are eccentric... at least they are not the same eccentricity.
So, I look forward to this Burton/Depp/Elfman vehicle.
Though, I am not going to delude myself for one second that this is "Dark Shadows."
Dark Shadows had a hot mess of meandering plotline over the years. Any pre-Twilight vampire flick set in an old mansion could have been equally labeled "Dark Shadows."
It's just a genre flick. The actual 'continuity' will be superfluous.
Though, I could use a good ol' high-camp, soap opera-y, penny dreadful, moody gothic horror flick. -
The option to turn it on isn't there unless they're there. Next time you get such a mission open up the drop down menu in the mini-map and check.
In Beta, there was a problem with outdoor zone glowies (zowies) showing up if you had another mission. Clear out all other missions first, then try the zowie mission. -
And don't get me started on how Newsie is about 6 issues behind on the news.

Quote:Some invisible objects are given a power or are used to trigger an even when you come near them. There are other objects that I have noticed before, but they aren't on the map I'm currently on to provide pictures. The floating Rikti "Computer" is a common one. It even gives off a glow that you can see on the floor, even though you can't see the object itself. If you see that glowing spot in corners of hallways or dead-ends, try jumping on top of it.

I guessing the ones in your pic are light sources. -
Quote:The Devs and the Wiki have settled on 'Universal' Enhancements.the alpha slot is NOT a global enhancement. it only effects powers that can TAKE that buff type.
LotG 7.5% is a global, and buffs Domination.
Alpha slot is not a global, and has no effect on Domination.
if it can accept said enh, it buffs that power. Pseudo-global, we'll call it? -
Quote:What makes it happen 'more often' for a full team is precisely the thing you disbelieve: a drop check for each person on the team per defeated foe.Sorry but I dont believe this. We have tons of threads where folks qq about the solo vs team drop rates on shard. I agree the kill speed is much faster on teams but the drop rate difference is like night and day. I have even test this myself on some aoe centric characters I have in missions set for 8. There is something to the code that makes it more likely to happen on a full team. I guess what needs to be done is this. Have a tf setup for 8 people, the other 7 folks stay outside the missions while the whole tf is going on. Then have the others to do the same tf again with them in the missions, and then again but have the other 7 just log off. I bet after doing this hundreds of times the shard numbers will be very different in the solo vs team setup.
As great as your AoE specialist is, it will not be killing critters as fast as a team of 8. Nor will it be killing Bosses, EBs, and AVs as fast as a team of 8 and higher ranked foes have a higher drop rate. -

Another data point:
Rare Level 50 Invention Components (e.g., Hamidon Goo) tend to be very stable in their price. All of them.
Some goods haven't changed in cost. Others have become more sought after (higher demand) for external reasons, e.g., with more Level 50s in existence, Level 50 loot and 'high-end' goods become scarce, which drives up price. That's not inflation, that supply-and-demand.
2 years ago, they were hovering about 1 million.
Now, 3 million.
That's 200% inflation in 2 years. Far from hyperinflation.
Hyperinflation comes from 'printing money' even though there was no commensurate growth in 'gross domestic product.' That devalues the currency.
In CoH, players print money, not a central bank. But players also produce an X amount of value (in tradeable loot). The Inf they produce is relative to the value they produce. As 'money gets printed' the 'gross domestic product' also increases because players are also the manufacturers of the economy.
If players are getting more Inf than producing goods, then inflation is to be expected. But because the two are in a constant ratio to each other, *HYPER*inflation is nearly impossible unless players go crazy thinking that there might be a 'run on the bank' and their inf would 'be no good no more!'
The introduction of Alignment Merits and Incarnate crafting should help put a slow down to any current inflationary urges. The first changes inf into goods, reducing inflation. The second simply destroys inf while producing non-tradeable goods.
Of course, attacking inflation by reducing individual wealth will be seen as a hardship and roundly denounced as much as inflation is. But prices won't come down until you reduce the inf in peoples pockets. And who willingly accepts that? -

Quote:Actually, that's exactly what some are asking for.I think you are missing peoples point Claws, no one has asked for a super in depth, well written amazing solo arc for getting notices.
In lieu of that, they're asking that the not-set-in-stone figures of crafting be reduced. -
If you come back, do I have to give you your stuff back?

You know, I just noticed that feature for the first time last week. (Not the multi-quote functionality, but the link at the bottom of a new reply where you have 'outstanding' flagged multi-quotes.)

From this thread.
