The alpha slot simply increases the enhancement bonus of individual powers. It does not interact with set bonuses in any way.
Set bonuses aren't enhancements. They're global buffs. The Alpha Slot is a global enhancement.

the alpha slot is NOT a global enhancement. it only effects powers that can TAKE that buff type.
LotG 7.5% is a global, and buffs Domination.
Alpha slot is not a global, and has no effect on Domination.
if it can accept said enh, it buffs that power. Pseudo-global, we'll call it?

I was always partial to pseudo global myself.
I think Penomni enhancements would work.
I was wondering, do the enhancements gained from set bonuses also get enhanced by the Alpha slot, or does that just apply to the powers themselves?
