You can check by typing [Ion Radial Final Judgement] and clicking on it. Its overpowered in the extreme.
Oh, and you can get Inferno at level 32, effective best at level 34. Thats effective 16 levels before level 50, and that's also not taking into account that you likely have to unlock Alpha slot and THEN get the Judgement slot.
So, this whole thread is a bit of a strawman, really. -

Oh boy, where do I start?
Animation quality; it looks like an old Epic cinematic, y'know the ones with bits of live action in them? And, actaully, live action would be preferable. Because whoever did the races ran, skipped and dove straight into the middle of the uncanny valley, from the trailers I saw. The helmets dont even have the distinctive red eyes, and the design looks strangely off.
In comparison to Space Marine, the upcoming Xbox 3PS game, it looks like something they did on a miniscule budget, which seems wierd considering all the lengths they went to to get certain writers, actors and a vis-cap company. Also, it's not 40k if it doesnt have a bit of dark humour in it, not everyone IS white in it, and...
I dunno. Maybe after all the top class work done with Dawn of War, DoW2 and what looks epic for Space Marine AND Dark Millenium online...
It just feels like a let down. If I see it, maybe I'll be proved wrong. But the trailer made me go "What...? Thats IT?!" -
TL; DR version -
Lots of 'hints' that could mean a million and one things or be utter falesy.
So, best to just wait for official announcements to save a boat load of dissapointment.

T'be honest, I only used the links as examples. City of Heroes has some unique themes already, ones they really should capitalise on if they ever did do more music. The Heroes/Atlas Plaza music theme, and the Arachnos main theme.
Also, <3 the Rikti Crash Site music and Vanguard compound. Epic rifs ftw XD

There was a Tip mission for an Automaton Factory I got recently which uses the mission map for the Clockwork King's in Synapses Taskforce, which disappointed me when I got into the mission.
Steam coming out of pipes, partly built automatons and jaegers, 'empty' warhulks. Brass plating, elaborately decorated machinery, electrical spheres and sparking cables. Troop barracks and shooting ranges.
Something more suited to the vaunted genius of the this Arch-Villain.
If any faction is let down in the map/terrain department then it's Nemesis... -
You don't seem to understand the entire point of the Warshade AT, in comparison to a Nictus.
Longbow would, IMO, make a lame a EAT. I'd rather have something with more depth and unique options. Like Rikti.

I'd quite like each zone to get it's own theme.
And THEN add dynamic sound.
Dynamic sound's principle is pretty simple. It has levels. For example;
Level 0 - All the time (except when ramping up levels). Subtle, quiet, themed to fit the zone
Level 1 - Some enemies spotted in close promiximity (so as not to bug while travelling. Only if within/near aggro range, for example) Slightly quicker pace, 'alert' style
Level 2 - Enemies aggroed. Standard mob size. Actiony 'combat' music.
Level 3 - Bigger mob/more high class enemies like LTs, or a Boss. More sfx added, different twists to the music.
Level 4 - Huge mob numbers. Think Rikti Invasion spawn sizes. The 'crank it up to 11' level.
(Level 5) - Unique theme twist reserved for GMs or AVs, etc. EBs showing up in Invasion mobs, that sort of thing. Maybe even have Unique music for AV fights

The people who blither on about 'not solving the true root of the problem'...a set of people called the Government should be doing that, dontcha think? While I'm not sure I'd have the guts (I sure don't have the physique or training) to do that sorta thing, I applaud those who do. -

_ Give them APP & PPP. They can switch sides too, so they should be able to get the epic powers from the other side. I know EATs dont get access to any ancillary power pool, but there are not that many powers if you go fully human form. I stopped playing both WS and PB at lvl 38 because I already got all the powers I wanted, and Im not a "4 power pools a build guy". And that was before inherent stamina.
They should get brutes/tankers APP/PPP with some minor tweaks to avoid having same powers twice like they did with dominators/controllers APP/PPP
Some of this suggestions would bring new cool possibilities for the epics archetypes, so some of us could play them again with new features.
Depends what you mean by 'Lore Limited'. If that means 'PBs ONLY get light and WS' ONLY get dark', then that gets a huge 'Get stuffed' from me. Good is not always shiny and Evil is not always grim and nasty. Arbitrary lock outs suck.
However, yes. Colour and power customisation. I'd rather use the ground punch animation for Solar Flare, for instance. And I hate the old Flares animation on Luminous Scatter(?).
Yes, yes and yes. And let us have no-helmet options for SoA's, for frag sakes! NPCs can do it with ease, widows can do it...why not SoAs? And why are the Widow hairs so horrifically limited? Oh, and more than one armour slot, kthnxbai.

I was mega pissed when I had a Mids build for my Crab, only to find that he CAN'T actually get body mastery to get more +end and recovery in his build. No good reason = suckage.
