    If you get a -kb IO you can skip acrobatics in PvE and get quicksand earlier or get Stone Prison in there. Other than that this would be a very good build.

  7. Well...kinda a tricky one.

    Hotfeet is an awesome power and deals good damage...sadly it uses an enormous amount of endurance so basically only viable for a /kin or partly an /emp or /rad.

    Would've loved to have it on my fire/ta but seeing I wont get any recovery in my fire/ta duo I skipped it.

    All powers in fire are good. Skippable would be smoke, bonfire and to a lesser extent hotfeet. Depends on playstyle and team setup. Rest are basically all must haves.

    Can't comment too much on the /ta side yet as I've only gotten to lvl 22 on mine so don't know enough yet.

    To see if you can basically...like a good challenge. For instance both Imaginary and myself have solo'd Lusca just because we wanted to see if we could (not after i7 though).

    You need Primal for power boosted Lingering radiation. Endurance would be managed with a mix of blues, conserve power and geas of the kind ones.

    Yes.

    Some heavy endusers may go over it but for the most part its absolutely fine.
  12. Both are really good combos. It basically boils down to if you want the damage from fire (and oilslick!) or the more controloriented earth.

    Roll both...won't regret it

    I agree with TG on this one, my Stalker doesn't have Stam as I don't need it. I PVP / PVE with him all the time there are no issues there. Also my Mastermind doesn't have Stam and again I PVE / PVP with him just fine.

    Not all builds need stam, its just down to the characters choice.

    My choice is to play fast and efficient....i need stamina on all my toons...masterminds included.

  15. Both TD and EMP are immensely more useful in PvE than TK. In PvP on the other hand...

    EMP won't solve your dmgproblem against robots. It's neglible and the recharge is too long.

    P.S Why havent you gotten TD at lvl 18?

    Indeed it does...but having to wait for the guy without stamina to rest every other minute and that person not beeing able to spam his powers so won't play to his full potential...not my playstyle, absolutely hate it.

    So basically, as I said, you can do it...but you won't be able to do it very well, hence the need for stamina.

    I've personally played an earth/kin to 50 and respec'd stamina out after i got transference. I was entirely able to to do it....and I absolutely hated it as I had to watch the endbar all the time and had to spam transference as crazy.

    Again..if you don't have much endissues (even with stamina) in this game you're playing too slow.

    Even if it's true you could slot like this there's no way you can count on being able to...not instantly anyway. Wishful speculation from MaXimillion without basis in reality.

    I really wouldnt suggest being /rad and not have stamina. It's entirely possible with 2 x AMs...but I would advice against it.

  22. What Okton said basically. Will just say though that I'm one of the players who don't slot for accuracy in it. It basically never misses and it uses A LOT of endurance....I'd say go 3 end reds/3 dmg
