Hot feet questions
1. A while ago it was changed and now requires a to-hit check, even in PvE. It seems to have high accuracy though, so some people don't slot Acc in it.
2. Unlike other mezzes, this one only triggers containment damage 75% of the time (according to City of Data).
3. I use 1 Acc 2 EndRdx 3 Dmg on my fire/kin. Depends a bit on your secondary and how many other toggles you have. Slows only affect movement so I don't bother with them. You definitely need at least 2 EndRdx though, especially solo.

What Okton said basically. Will just say though that I'm one of the players who don't slot for accuracy in it. It basically never misses and it uses A LOT of endurance....I'd say go 3 end reds/3 dmg

My fire/kin is a soloer and there are some things I dont understand about this power:
1. I see it can take accuracy slots, is this for the damage component of its actions? As a soloer, must I slot it for accuracy?
2. The damage in containment, I cannot see how this damage ticks and I have tried. Lets say a baddie is immobilised with ring of fire, and hotfeet ticks for 5 damage, will it tick for -5 -5 every time it ticks?
3. Best slotting for a soloer? 2acc, 3 dmg, 1 end? or an even balance of 2acc, 2dmg, 2end?
