why 7 and not 8 ?
Apart from that i belive 1v1 illusion/ rad would come out on top while in the 7 man match it depends on the teams ability to work well together.

Ill/Rad and Fire/Rad are both very strong. So, I doubt that one will beat the other any day. Given equally skilled players both specced for PvP I would expect an open match.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
1 on 1 I'd say Ill/rad.

In 1vs1 my money is on the fire/Rad he has more damage.
With Spec Terror & Deceive my money would be on the Illusionists. The PAs would soak up the imps aggro pretty well too.
It will be a close fight probebly 1-0 to either of them.
If I'm the fire/rad the illusionist would certainly win though
