It was the right call.
Especially since we know they'd get heat from fixing correctly as well as fixing it not as correctly. Which is important to keep in mind: Will those decrying a buggy fix then applaud the Devs when they get it right? Is that the real issue here? Hmm?
(Nevermind that in the development cycle it takes weeks to recode and get QA to check on things. It's not like they can flip a switch and take out something in a matter of days. That sort of crazy fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants bonzo coding is reserved for show stopping hot fixes since it can introduce even more bugs.) -
Most hopefully: The ability to get *3* Empyrean Merits per day to get to the Tier 4s.

I wouldn't take this list as a means of slamming the Devs, Zombie Man. The intention here is more likely to let people know what to expect when they want to play arcs that are potentially buggy, so as not to negatively affect ratings due to issues out of the control of the arc authors.
Maybe the authors can put in the description that their arc is currently unplayable? -

Wiki content generally gets written when things are new. Back then, Lusca fights were generally composed of 2-3 pick-up teams of toons who are in the level range of IP (20-30) with unplanned unoptimized builds.

If this is to let the Devs know it's a problem, they know. At last week's Ustream, Dr. Aeon said they are aware of the problem, have looked into it, found it harder than expected to fix it, and are most definitely still working on it.

The comparisons to the organic and praetorian robot faces highlights some problems:
The Steampunk faces smooth out textures like the tiny lip wrinkles lending toward the waxy appearance.
The Steampunk faces have contrasts that are too high (darks are too dark, lights are too light).
The Steampunk faces have a heavy shadow on both sides of the nose... which only happens when the face is lit from below, which makes the face look unnatural (and especially because the other features are clearly lit from above).
I mentioned above how the male brows become too narrow at the ends... a modern affectation. The same goes for the female brows: They look overplucked and drawn on... which is fine for a modern face, or a 60s face, but not a Victorian one.
