Albert Maurer?

Do we have any idea who Albert Maurer is? She (yes, SHE) is standing outside the Wentworths in Talos Island (around back, between two of the loading docks). She has a green name, just like a regular contact, but only says: " Hello, Ironblade. I've heard of the work you've done, keep it up. You and I have nothing to work on together...at the moment." She's been there a while.

Nope, I think I've noticed her too. Paragon Wiki says she's a contact but has no missions or other text besides that one comment. No idea what is planned.

When did she appear, tho?

Never seen her before, and stumbled across her today.

nvm: apparently I'm just never paying attention around there. She's been there close to/over a year, I was told in game.
