  1. They are account wide, but each toon needs to claim it through the email interface. Claiming it on one toon does not mean it's claimed on another.
  2. Yeah, when your inventory is full and you claim, the item goes to Holding Limbo until you clear out space... and hit the server with another claim or a re-log.

If you /petition, that's what you'll be told to do.
  3. It took about 3 weeks for the playerbase to resign itself to the fact that Battle Maiden's blue patches of death weren't going away and they were the ones that had to change.

Actually, an employee let loose, "well before October," in reference to a Vet Reward that would have normally been due in mid October, which I interpret as a pre-October release.

If it's in Closed Beta starting a week ago, and Closed Betas are about 6 weeks and Open are 2 weeks.... then that's September.

I have absolutely no idea why "October" keeps getting thrown around by the playerbase. AFAIK, *NOTHING* has been said to indicate October. And then adding "or November"? Where did *that* come from?!

Listen folks, if you don't know, please say, "don't know."

    Bill S. 978

"Illegal streaming of copyrighted content is defined in the bill as an offense that "consists of 10 or more public performances by electronic means, during any 180-day period, of 1 or more copyrighted works" and has a total economic value, either to the copyright holder or the infringer, of at least $2,500"

I'd like to see NCSoft claim that a YouTube video of how a particular issue's emotes look is worth at least $2,500 in revenue.

The bill seems aimed at those things which get taken down anyway. Now, there is a penalty for those who do such stuff regularly.

    New emotes?

Not missing text. It's a joke. It's an automaton that's vaguely threatening you complete with maniacal laughter, but there's a bug.

    New emotes?

Any chance on getting Leandro to narrate them? <big sigh>

    Ascension auras

In I21, all costumes and auras will be previewable before the unlock.

Don't think that will be true with emotes, though.

Again, is the part of SP's established character?

At how many lux does dark skin appear Caucasion without similarly washing out all the other colors it illuminates or illuminating all those shadowed parts facing in the same direction of the light? It's got to be *brighter* that the sun, because people of African descent don't look Caucasion outdoors at noontime.

At how many lux do dreadlocks become undone?

At how many lux do panels of cloth burn away leaving just the seams?

Is this a wizard's fireball perhaps?

Huh. You wouldn't know it from the weather, geography, architecture or people.

Sure you're not confused with Port Oakes?

Port Oakes is, at the most, just 50 miles south latitudinally of Paragon City. They should be having the same relative climatic activity, although, you can fudge a little if you have the Gulf Stream passing by the Rogue Isles (which it shouldn't... it's much further out in the Atlantic).

Maybe not old enough. Or didn't live in the many, many parts of the world where it was a big deal.

I realise that these are trip tricks and little more than window dressing but (excuse my English) BLOODY HELL YES! More of those please!

ps: I think FrostFire was nerfed when he became a hero

You can choose to do them or not. You can choose which version of them to do. And they may even give you more choices in the mission. You can allow them to change your alignment or not.

They can lead to temp powers and powerful Alignment Merits.

Lots of choices, and good rewards.

Can you level pact if the two characters start in different zones?
Example: 1 hero starts in Atlas, one villain starts in Praetoria.
    Thanks!
They have to get physically in the same zone in order to start the pact. So, they can meet in Pocket D or Studio 55, e.g. and start the pact.
  17. I like seeing how much I can get done without the help of 23 other people. I can stealth grab as many Batteries as I want (OK, the Goliaths are the exception to this); I can get the spawn guarding a terminal to follow me and fall to the lower level leaving the terminal unguarded; I can put a debuff anchor on Anti-Matter and wait for the Tanker to die and then lead him to the terminals I want to take out; and I have plenty of self-heals and a tray full of greens and Rebirth, so, I laugh at the Pulse.

So, I just need a little help at the end to kill AM.

Or you need to combine the two into a new component: Shreds.

The only conclusion to take from this is that Lucy griefed the trial and travel powers should be shut off in iTrials.

I notice there are really bright lights at noon, on a broadway stage, and on the set of theatrical films, and yet, no one of African descent winds up looking Caucasian with Asian hair in those situations.

And with Pyche's panels missing, it seems like a final step of the inking process for the characters got skipped.
