  1. To add to some of this, I would really like the option to turn off level-50+ SOs from the reward pool.
  2. Hero training day one: Learning to use the Medical Beacon BEFORE you die!

    Fishy Parts!

Now I am a bit prejudiced by my current favorite character, but I would to see some new aquatic costume parts such as below.

There's average and then there's stick-figures. Smeared makeup and ratty cloths looks like most of the citizens are homeless.
  5. The problem is in the visuals. We need to see stuff bounce off the shields for them to feels tangible.

If you have to ask "what else can be done with Spandex" you obviously don't read enough comics. This game has only scratched the surface of the type of skin-tight costumes that are out there.
  7. The more I hear about these new weapons, the more I feel we need a sub-set of costume change options that only effect the weapons skins.

I think you may be on to something. The death of Statesman would send the world into a panic and galvanize all the villain groups.
  10. I need the see the effect of time manipulation before I make a verdict.
  11. I love it! I got a better understanding of the scope of what's coming. It's great and all but it's missing something...*cough*CG*cough*, I just can't put my finger on it.
  12. The music from the motorcycle scene is what I hear every time I think of Captain America.
  13. There is sooo much cashing-in in just the teaser trailer, it's just sad. I don't see anything wrong with the original story. I see no need to make it more "hip" for the young kids. It's a live-action cartoon.
  14. Ok this seems like low-hanging fruit, but have custom designs and text would really let us be more expressive and would be more "comic-like".

    Ancient Japan!

This seems like another back-door attempt at "Anime-ing" the game. There are basic "Western" comic hero aspects that haven't been explored yet. The game has no real outer space or underwater aspects to it. Magic and time travel have been done to death in City of Heroes, probably because they're easy to write with little need for detail. Don't get me wrong, I love Cimerora and the history of our powers, but if were talking about the history of our powers and how they relate to the gods, the logical next step would be ancient Egypt. These gods are nearly as familiar as the Grecco-Roman ones and enjoy wide popularity.
  16. The Sub-Oceanic could use some art love for the Wiki if someone has the inclination.

  17. Specifically folks in the Virtue-verse,

I have created this page http://www.virtueverse.net/wiki/The_Sub-Oceanic, but as you can see, it's a little anemic. I think he's a really great character, but the page really isn't doing him any justice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Read the Punisher War Journal. He takes great care to avoid friendly fire. Although a lot of his ops look like chaos, he puts a lot of planning into them.

Was thinking the same thing myself.
  20. I hear these travel auras can't be used with costume auras. This is a no-go for me, I had assumed these would be part of the Prestige Sprint set.

The Devs did vary the size of Council soldiers and some are even on the short side.

Incidentally, Statesman's a bit of a shortarse when compared to other NPCs (not as diminutive as Manticore though). States is around 6' 3" or 6' 4". Considerably shorter than Imperious, who is at least 7'.

Oddly, Marauder is taller than BABs. Must be all that Enriche.
I find that States is pretty average, with Manti being shorter than most (Wolverine-ish). I find that between 5'8" and 6'2" is the median height for men and 5'5" and 5'9" for females. The Non-Powered-Citizens (as has been stated before) are skewed a bit taller, with most men being over 6', but the Devs have fixed a lot of that, particularly with the females. Of course after saying all this, you mileage may vary. Just keep in mind, that mobs are built on the tallish side to be intimidating.
