(Maybe a Mod could move this to the "Suggestions and Ideas" section of the forums).
I concur - it happened to a team I was a part of last Saturday, also during a Khan TF.
At the end of the "Defeat Invincible Reichmann" mission, one of our teammates used Ouro to exit the map, forgetting he was on a Rogue.
The next thing we saw, in the chat window:
"<Your_teammate> has quit the team" ...

Canada is part of North America is it not? Why the rules have to explicitly put "including Canada" is odd to me, might as well just say "This offer is only valid in The United States and Canada." since I highly doubt they're including Mexico in this.

You could try the following:
/macro Aft "pow_exec_name Afterburner$$e flypose1"
(replacing "flypose1" by "flypose2", "flypose3" or "flypose4" as desired).
which would give you a Button labelled "Aft" that should do what you asked (Disclaimer: at work at the moment, so I can't test it in-game...) -

If I read ParagonWiki correctly,
- Access to join a Supergroup is a Tier 2 bonus.
- Tier 2 requires 2 Tokens to achieve.
- If you buy 1200 points ($15), you get 1 Token for your 1st purchase on the Market and 1 Token for the 1200 points.
But...- A new VIP subscribtion (even for only 1 month) would have access to Supergroup included
Your choice...

I'd already placed my 'Greeter' on the steps leading to Mrs. Liberty. Planned on logging in here and there for the 1st few days. Welcoming the new arrivals and offering any assistance they may need in local.
Only be able to give Influence to the Premiums sadly.
One thing I'm planning to do if I have the chance to log during the week (pesky R/L...) is to monitor both the official "Help" channel and the N P C Global channel.
