Introducing the P.E.R.C.!

The Player Event Resource Committee is a collection of players from every server that are dedicated to enhancing the City of Heroes/Villains experience by helping plan, support, and run different projects on a server and game-wide level.

Our shared goal is to help complement our existing community projects through events like contests, games, badge tours, and the exploration of both new and existing game content.

So if you have an idea you would like to submit, need help with the planning or promotion of an event, or might be interested in applying to the committee itself; please click on the link below. After you have been redirected to our site, please click on "New User" at the top of the page to register. You will be asked to fill out a very short questionaire letting us know in what way(s) we can help you. Please be as descriptive as you're able to; the more we know, the better we can serve you.

I submitted the Villainside events so I am ready to run what is needed in Jan. Just let me know.

Not sure if everyone realizes this, but we can help out with any ideas you have, and can even help you for cross-server events you may have in mind.

I know Protector has a lot of creative event organizers, and we just want to offer assistance in any way you may require it.

I have resigned as one of your PERC reps.

That leaves Stalemate and Rastafari-Man as your reps for Protector.

Since Rasta posted this, we've talked about some potential candidates. One in particular was already either already contacted or on the verge of being so.

Regardless of the outcome, I don't see any reasons why you couldn't get involved in some fashion to "shake things up".

Hello Stalemate, I'm interested in getting new events going on the server. I'm always around and frequently bored with continual farming and PvPing, so I would like to know more about the position and what it entails (if it hasn't been filled). Should we speak via email or is the forum alright?

I just got back into things after moving into a new city, with renovations and painting and such still happening so I missed out on almost 3 weeks of Protector action.

My apologies for letting this fall on the wayside a bit.

There was a potential candidate for which we were expecting a response, so as soon as that is done I'll post back here.

In any case, I'll be sure to let you know about upcoming events on Protector in case you'd like to assist as a volunteer.

When I get back into the groove of things, I plan to organize some events.

So I was trolling the forums and I noticed the P.E.R.C. to be pretty active on all servers. However, once visiting the web page the absence of any protector events was glaringly obvious. Just curious what's up with it these days or if it's still active.

Lately I've been unable to help out with thier events and it's unfair to the other members work and effort to have a deadbeat like me hanging around.
