I came out completely unscathed. Though, it's still going to take a long time to drink all the water stored in the bathtubs.

Why do you think the extremely low IQ character from Blazing Saddles got that nickname?

Midnight Mystery
The Skull of Tommy Arcanus
Once a member of the Midnight Squad... always a member of the Midnight Squad. Tommy Arcanus delved so deeply into the metaphysical arts that his very being was affected. Not only was his daughter born with magical powers, but even in death Tommy's spirit is unable to pass on. Now, all that remains of him is this skull and the spirit that haunts it.
Which has more info on Tommy. -

Quote:I'm going to make Zwillinger recheck the studio for bugs:The thread's managed to glide under the radar for a solid week now, so I dunno, about the IBTD.
I'm pretty sure the community reps got the word from higher up that everyone in the NCsoft family supports one another now.

Well to be fair to you, for the longest time The Doctor kept showing up at oddly coincidental moments to fix things as if there were some guiding hand. And that guiding hand was ignored plot-wise for the longest time. Long time companions seemed like they were starting to catch on that there was something more than coincidental about where they kept landing, and then they were gone. New companions didn't have all the dots to connect.
So, it was left to the viewers to create a reason ("aha, it's Time herself that's directing where The Doctor goes!"), or, more probably, chalk it up to really bad 60s sci-fi writing that the writers didn't care why The Doctor kept turning up at all these lynch pin moments.
The new writers, having grown up on Doctor Who, are obviously now filling in the overall plot point of why and how The Doctor keeps showing up improbably at all these lynch pin moments. And being huge Doctor Who fanboi geeks themselves, have no problem making The Doctor himself a lynch pin of the universe and the husband of Time herself. -
Quote:Did you perhaps mean mondo? For sure though it needs some sci-fi types, like a ***** vangard color tintable blade, a giant energy blade with a different animation to it also, I picture like the greater fire sword, but a tad wider and without the "points" on the end of it, just a big flame sword we can color to fit theme- fire, blue/green/pink plasma energy, etc. I make a lot of tech heroes, so some type of freegin laser swords are high on my list.
*edit lol- mon-go got starred out? is that some street slang word i dont know the new meaning of? -
Time Lords are Time Lords because their species evolved next to a time vortex.
River is Time Lord-ish because she was conceived of two human parents who themselves were very time-affected and at the time in which they were traveling through the time vortex on the Tardis. That's why River has the third Time-DNA strand also.
I guess it also means you have a recipe for creating a new Time Lord race: The Tardis Honeymoon Suite. -
I think that Amy had real parents and the Time Crack erased them from existence and so you have The Doctor finding young Amy somehow living by herself and everyone regarded that as normal. The fixed and rebooted universe brought them back.

The funny thing about the new 'extra-difficult' Trials is the lack of failure (*on average*) compared to things like the Hami Raid or the STF or the LRSF or the ITF. When they first came out, failure was pretty common for several months after introduction.
And then, once these new iTrial became figured out, they became very easy.
Oh, and WRT "need two Tanks" -- lol. -
Quote:1. Doctor who?so, What is the question, and do we even know what the answer is?
2. The Doctor.
He was instrumental in the reboot of the universe. The Time Vortex has chosen him to be her champion. The Silence are trying to kill him because, to continue to play on Douglas Adams, he's "42" and they don't like that answer and they're trying to eradicate him to force a better knowledge of The Question. The Doctor can enter the Total Perspective Vortex without going insane precisely because he is the most important person in the Universe.
Although... "If anyone ever discovers what the universe is and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more inexplicable."
I wonder if the Vortex and the Well know each other? -
You mean for Halloween 2012?
The new assets for this year's Halloween events were put into place at least 3 months ago (that's when some of the serverside assets appeared in the files). In fact, it was revealed at PAX that there will be a Haunted House mini-trial. The work of the programmers, artists, and designers are already tightly scheduled for the next half year. Any suggestions now would be completely off the table until next year unless what you're suggesting was coincidentally decided upon 8 months ago. -
If you call in White, he says:
Quote:Now get outta here. I'm gonna make sure Reese learns a very valuable lesson from all this.
Maybe he'll make it outta here alive - if he's still got the will.
If you try to burn Reese in the building he says:
So, neither makes him dead dead.Quote:You think this'll stop me, Character?!
NOTHING can stop me, Character!
I have NOT come this far just to die like this!
A-agh...not like this...
I'll...come back...Character...I'll find a way...to hunt you down...
And when Reese reappears he says, "No one can kill me, Character. Not when I haven't reached my true power. Not YOU! Not PRAETOR WHITE! NO ONE!" So, he didn't die.
However, nice catch about "she promised me". I don't know who that is. Did Reese wind up in Mother's hospital? Did he find the Praetorian version of the furies? -
Yes, Objects can generate agro. Otherwise they wouldn't be attacked by foes in missions where you have to save the object from being destroyed.
In fact, I remember the Desk of Doom. It appeared in a low level arc and had GM level hit points and.... it Taunted! <shudder> -
Oh, sorry to offend you. I didn't know that was you in the video.
-
I have DM/Regen. I made him to be my Hami raid specialist because when you have untyped damage, Regen is King. He can also run the Keyes Trial saying, "Pulse? What pulse?"

Don't forget that the different 'floors' are located in a big 3D box and you 'warp' from one point on one floor to another point on another floor.
That 'warping' might put you outside a mob's chase range, or not.
So, it depends. -
Quote:Certain textures weren't loading. You could have tried /unloadgfx to see if they'd reload. If that doesn't work, right click on the game in the NCLauncher and Repair.I was playing on The Chantry map for the Maria Jenkins mission where you find a clue about the Statesman and battle Black Swan. Once I got into the map, everything looked weird. The background was normal, but where the rocks should be, there was only a light gray silhouette.

At first, I thought it was meant to be this way. Like, maybe, a really foggy area, but after looking at screenshots online, I saw that it shouldn't look like that. Any idea what the problem could be? This is the only map I've ever had this problem on. -
