Astral and Empyrean Vendors NOT working?

I believe the store is down, which means bought character slots are locked, and account services, including the merit vendors is down.

I was not able to buy ascention armor with my astrals, but I did by an IO recipe with them.
Yay it says "Your account inventory is currently being loaded. Try again in a few moments" Thats what i got when trying to buy ascension radiance mask. I wonder if you can just buy ascension armor in freedom.
Store down. Try Monday.

I'm getting the same when trying to get any costume pieces or auras. So I've just been running trials and stocking up until such time as I can unlock the pieces. It is very frustrating, though, to not be able to make the new character I wanted, or work on the new costume ideas I had.
Hopefully the store will be back up tomorrow.

Hey hey, folks.
I finally gathered enough stuff to buy some things from the vendors. I go to vendors in Ouro's and click on them. Find the items I want and click 'buy'. Then... nothing. In the chat, it says "Your account inventory is currently being loaded. Try again in a few moments."
And trust me! I've tried again in a few moments. And a few hours. And all that jazz. Still, it won't let my buy anything. I have the right amount of merits, so that's not the problem.
So, is this a bug? Is there a fix?
Oh, I'm on Virtue if it matters.
