My last Veteran Rewards was on Aug 2nd. The next one should have been on Nov 3rd and when I looked at my account it showed Dec 3rd. 4 months instead of 3.
Did this happen to anyone else? I can not seem to find where to contact Customer service as well. When I tried to log in it failed each and every time.
Who would correct this error?

I've never played World of Warcraft so I don't know how it is there. I barely have enough time for this game. I just have a level 50 that I love thematically but find myself bored to tears when I play him. Sure I get influence, sidekick a new player, or redo other missions but even that gets tiresome after awhile. I feel a sense of foreboding when my toon hits 40 because I know I won't be able to enjoy them anymore once they get 50 (really 49 IMO). I didn't realize that that I was the minority in this opinion. If most of the players like it at 50, then it should stay that way.
There has got to be other ways of getting you what you want, without the need to create new content that would pretty easily trivialize the current content for high-level players. -

Is it necessarily hard to find a bug like this? No. Can it be? Yes. Very yes.
There's an estimated million lines of code in this game. Probably much, much more nowadays. Trying to find a bug in all of that code can be a pain in the *** to find. And that's assuming that the buggy code is where you might expect it to be. What if it's due to something seemingly unrelated? What if it's a stray bit of code that got misplaced somewhere else? What if the code seems fine, but the bug keeps appearing anyways. What do you do then?
Just assuming that because they know what the symptom is that they can diagnose the problem easily is folly. -

Did you do a search at all on vehicles? There are a number of problems that come up with them, and not just the issue of them being used in missions or not.
How would you handle any other powers with them? Attacks? Defenses? Other travel powers? Strafing? Clipping with buildings? Going off road? Up smaller spaces than the vehicle appears, such as staircases and fire escapes? -
It looks like the graphics guys have been doing a LOT of work, and the new graphics look fantastic. Certainly enough that people who can run the increased graphics will see a great impact from them, and it should be competitive with at least CO (I think our graphics already look better than CO's cartoony feel), but maybe not DCUO, which does use a much more up-to-date engine, and can probably do a bit more.
But I'd say that the graphic update coming down the pipes definitely puts us in a much more competitive place against the other superhero MMOs. -

First off, welcome back!
Now, to answer your questions:
1) Freedom and Virtue have the most players. As such, they tend to have more villains, although, on almost every server, heroes outnumber villains.
2) Virtue is the unofficial RP server. Combined with Question #1, that may be a good server for you. -

I once was on a team with a stormie that had hurricane on, and me on follow.
Then he complained that I kept getting the team killed, and that I needed to learn to Tank better. I really wanted to reach through the computer and punch him. Luckily, the team leader saw what he was doing, and eventually kicked him.

Are you sure that you are redownloading the game, and not just verifying the files? If you shut your computer off with the game still running, it will check to make sure that the game files are okay before it lets you login.

First off, welcome back!
Secondly, no need to put up when you are posting from, the date and time will automatically come up for people to see.
Now, on to your problem: make sure that you are using the correct account name and password. If you are really, really sure that you are using the correct account name and password, then contact support at support@ncsoft.com. They should be able to help you.
Also, when you did you resubscribe? It sometimes takes a little bit for the account to come back online. If you re-subbed, then immediately tried to login, it might not have updated yet.
Also, are you sure that you re-subscribed your old account? Or did you create a new one? -
Frozen Aura was the bane of my Tank's life for a long time. I was very, very surprised that they didn't change the Blaster version of the power when they gave Tankers damage in it. It's mostly just a waste of a power except to look cool.

Ummm...how does that prove BillZ wrong? He was expressing his opinion of how he viewed the system, not how others had to. No, there is no official correlation between the two. That doesn't preclude an unofficial one.
