Now, on to your problem: make sure that you are using the correct account name and password. If you are really, really sure that you are using the correct account name and password, then contact support at support@ncsoft.com. They should be able to help you.
Also, when you did you resubscribe? It sometimes takes a little bit for the account to come back online. If you re-subbed, then immediately tried to login, it might not have updated yet.
Also, are you sure that you re-subscribed your old account? Or did you create a new one?

Also, if you're an EU player then make sure the shortcut points to CohUpdater.EU.exe and not CohUpdater.exe.
Hi I was able to use the software and log into the game this morning but i have ran into a problem now as i am now redownloading again after it working this morning and me being able to log into the game. I did not uninstall the game or anything like that but switched my computer off 
Are you sure that you are redownloading the game, and not just verifying the files? If you shut your computer off with the game still running, it will check to make sure that the game files are okay before it lets you login.

it's downloading 2.8 gb
Downloaded 6 something megs then around 3 gigs for me yesterday afternoon. They fixed something. It happens.

Option 1:
There was a patch, and you are applying it.
That is a 2 stop process:
First download the actual data (some MB),
second apply it against the installation (thats the 2,8 GB).
Option 2:
If CoH finds it was not able to shut down itself, but is forced to stop (be it a crash, power loss or something), it normally verifys the installation (again the 2.8 GB).
So it should be over very soon (depending on your hard disk and computer speed).

Hi there i'm currently posting from the 28th of october and i can't log in it keeps saying my username or password is incorrect i recently re activated my account and payed the 17.99 for the subscription but also on my account managment it says i have no subscription active but i have payed it and recieved the receipt, i don't know if maybe a patch may have something to do with me not being able to log in but i know the account name and the password are correct.
If anyone can help please can u make a post, thanks
