  1. Question: What is your goal?

    Notes:
    1. 6 slotting Neutron Bomb with that Damage Ragnarok gives 5 damage more and 5% Toxic rez. (generally 6 slotting purples is not worth it)
    2. 3 slots in Conserve Power: Recharge in 183 seconds. 2 slots in Conserve Power: Recharge in 187 seconds. (without spiritual) That's a difference of 5 seconds. Will that make a difference?
    3. Why is weave 5 slotted? Do you really want that 2.75% Hold res? or is that .2% defense and whatever end res needed? I suggest 3 slotted, or 2.
    4. World of Pain slotting... why?
    5. Why not take your Patron Pool shield :O?
    6. Power Build Up does not effect Resistance.

    If I made a rad/pain corr it would prolly look like....

    For stalkers, by the time the snipe fires, no matter what you will be in hide. This sounds cool with a guaranteed crit but again, if they hide behind a light pole, then to bad for you.
  7. Well.... I am not sure exactly.

    However if you are already different levels, then it makes sense. XP works in a slightly odd way in that two people on the same team can get different numbers, but they are also equal.

    Like when a level 40 is teamed with a level 4, the level 4 will get like 80 xp per kil and the 40 will get like 800. (not real numbers, just an example)

    I do not recall ever missing with Pyronic.

    I was not aware of the Tier 7 deal-io. I have nothing to worry about then.

    The SSA does not interest me at all. The combined reward table is a real put off. 'VIP' in game support is a joke :/

    And if the running mob you are trying to snipe rounds a corner, jumps in a hole or hides behind a light pole, you will waste all the time to find out the target is blocked.

    However, if you do slot the perf shifter proc, it will have a 10% chance to proc on your targets, not just you.
  12. I recall seeing a choice for an Invention License and Market License by using Reward Merits about ... oh maybe 2-3 months ago.

    After telling some one about that, I went to look again and I cannot seem to find it. Did it get removed? or was I imagining?

    Next Question:
    If I have 2 bil of influence, then drop subscription and go to premium status. Do I lose the inf over the premium inf cap?

    And one more Question:
    Invention Licenses allow for IO drops, Crafting and using IOs, correct?

    Scrappers get [Zap] from Mu Mastery and [Moonbeam] from Soul Mastery.

    I don't even understand how this can be an issue. They are snipes. They take Sniper IOs, are interuptable, have long range, and take for ever to fire..... Definition of a snipe.

    Soul Mastery grants Moonbeam and Mu gives Zap.

    To put it in perspective. Scrapper Moonbeam has a cast time of 7.33s for 287.8 damage. Defender Moonbeam has a cast time of 4.33s for 129.7 damage.

    Dark Melee's attack chain of Smite -> SL -> Smite ->MG takes 5.94 seconds.... for a total of 506.48 damage (base).

    Snipes are generally the worst power pick to ever be able to take... >.>
  16. If it works in Beta but not on live it is safe to assume that the developers already realize that it was bugged and have it slated to be fixed. Don't sweat it

    Tanking is more than just going into the mob first and not dying. Managing aggro, being able to take hits, KEEPING aggro are all important tasks for a tank.
  20. Kinda reminds me of the bath salts + mountain dew delema happening recently.

    Bath salts are great, mountain dew is great, put them together and you have a cheap street drug.

    What did the government do? They banned bath salts.... REALLY? Seriously???? We couldn't figure something else out?

    A few people use bath salts for their health, a good thing. No one really cared about bath salt until they found out you can mix it with Mountain Dew. Then it was actually worth something! Now its banned.
