AE and the 10% prestige bonus dont work?

If it works in Beta but not on live it is safe to assume that the developers already realize that it was bugged and have it slated to be fixed. Don't sweat it 
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
Correcting myself. It doesn't work at all. Inside AE/Outside AE.
Real content, I earned 83 prestige for defeating a L54 LT.
With the 10% bonus I should've earned 91 prestige.

I've experienced the same issue with the Prestige bonus. I'm not seeing any increase as a result of the 7 tier bonus. Do we need to do something to activate it?

A level 54 boss gives 298 prestige without the bonus.
A level 54 boss *should give* 328 prestige with the 10% bonus.
Why doesn't it work in AE? On Beta it does, but not live. How come boosters work in AE?
