Please go to that person blocking Power Slide from going to the Store and tell them these things:

1. The CoH CE is sold out. You can only get it from unusual, second-hand points of sale streams.

2. The CoH Collector's Edition is not like ordinary collectibles that grow in value and can be resold. Especially the digital product. Once you use the Serial Code, it is useless to anyone else. It *can't* be resold or traded. It is not a commemorative plate from the Franklin Mint.

3. Those few places that have it, have jacked up the price. And you see none of that increased revenue.

4. Because the remaining product is scarcer and scarcer and thus more costly; there is an increasing likelihood of unscrupulous people selling the box and it's components even though the serial code has been used. This will lead to angry customers bothering Support about why their serial code didn't work.

5. If you sell it in the Store, you get more money.

6. See #5, duh.

7. Zombie Man says that not selling it the store is dumb. Yes, use my name.

8. Tell that person, "Execute Protocol Orange Orange." Don't ask why, just do it.

I did Graves' arcs through Ouroboros last night before the hotfix. But I did experience some arcs in the O-list that wouldn't open up when clicked a few days earlier.

This is likely an intermittent bug dealing with calling items from the Flashback Database. The solution so far has been "try again later."

If there is a space limit on keeping track of unfogging that has to keep being raised, this would be an excellent short term fix by reducing the number of zones in which unfogging is tracked.

This is mostly explained by the fact that the New Way of costuming factions is to use Player rigs instead of NPC rigs. This means using costume pieces that players have (or will have soon). So, NPC factions will look like stuff players make and vice versa (with the exception of a few signature pieces reserved for the faction or signature NPCs).

So, the Carnival of Light was made by a Dev using our player costume creator.

I look forward to their pieces that they're wearing that we don't have access to yet being released to us players.

If you take a level 14+ or higher to a Flashback Crystal and chose those arcs, it will set you to the highest level for that contact. Thiery in flashback brings you to level 7. So, that's his top range; don't know if his bottom range is level 1 (thru turning off XP) or higher. The two arcs leading up to him are also capped at 7.

Twinshot's first arc is capped at level 9.

Most likely this is an anti-RMT, anti-fraud limit.

I see it on my Beta directory, but not the Live directory. I was about to test what would happen if I copied that directory to Live, but, the Live servers are now down.

Even worse. From something mentioned in Ustream, it seems the Store has to keep redownloading the database as you switch windows!

I'm guessing we'd all do everyone a favor by accessing the Store from the character select screen rather than from within any instance in the game, especially if you plan to do a lot of shopping.
