Although we can't access the servers yet, I can get as far as the server selection screen and a couple of my SG mates have noticed that you can't actually scroll down to servers that are off the bottom of the page - well you can scroll to see them but as soon as you release the mouse button the list snaps back to the top and, errr - Exalted is at the bottom of the list...
Fortunately I wasn't planning to roll anything on Exalted myself, and the only server I play on is in its default position at the top of the list. I can see this being a fairly major obstacle for those who play on multiple servers and/or who wish to roll characters on the new Exalted server. -

To be honest you simply dont need it. This is the only true sapping set in the game. It drains them dry fast and keeps them drain unlike everything else. Personally I say pair it with earth to make up for the suck *** damage the gremlins have and get the damage aura so you can melt the mobs too.
That said, even without -recovery to pair with it, Elec/ can usually prevent mobs from using meatier attacks that cost more end so any secondary should be effective - Elec/Stone is a nice high single target damage, knockdown-tactic combo for example. -
Another vote for Soul Mastery here - love it on my Ice/DM tank. I usually only bother putting darkest night out if it's a particularly strong psi enemy (e.g. Carnie Master Illusionist), an AV, or there's just an unusually high number of mobs for whatever reason - but when it is out it helps significantly. The Blood Widow helps out the DPS every now and then too (though keeping her alive isn't always easy).
I too went villain just long enough to unlock then came back blue side again, and having respeced just the other day I too can confirm you'll still have access to all patron pools and all hero APP's even once you are fully hero again. -

Well I filed a petition in game (while logged onto another server) so hopefully they'll pick up on it and sort it out soon. If anyone does happen to be able to get back in please update this thread so others know it's fixed.

Even though it's showing up as online in my server list I can't seem to connect to Victory at all, but other servers are connecting fine - anyone else having this issue? It keeps just booting me back to the username/password screen, sometimes with the "couldn't connect to dbserver" dialog, but sometimes with no message at all.

Anyone else struggling to log onto Victory at the moment? It shows up as online on my server list but when I click on it, after a little pause of nothing, I get booted back to the account name / password screen (usually with couldn't connect to dbserver). I seem to be able to log onto other servers with no difficulty though. Tried restarting the game and allsorts but no joy so far...

Well I'd managed to log on yesterday when the servers first came back up (before people realised there had been an accidental rollback), and as I had logged my character off quite early on Wednesday evening it hadn't experienced a rollback and so I didn't notice anything different. On Wednesday I'd finally got the 5th Armageddon recipe I'd been waiting for and so I had put in some buy orders on the market for the last few bits of salvage I needed. When I logged in last night they had all been bought so I proceeded to craft and slot the 5 recipes and then played a couple of tip missions before the notification that the servers were being taken back down for the extended maintenance. When I logged on this evening can you guess what I found?
Yup... the progress my character had made during the hour I'd been on yesterday evening had been lost as the server had been re-rolled back to the state it had been before the first maintenance (so it had no Armageddon's slotted) - fair enough I thought - it's what I was pretty much expecting. What I wasn't expecting however was that the market had not been re-rolled back so the 5 Armageddon recipes that I'd taken off the market yesterday during that "phantom hour" were nowhere to be found!
I've petitioned it so I'm really hoping they can be restored - that is a helluva lot of time and effort down the pan otherwise... -

The Spiritual +Rech slot doesn't affect Domination I'm afraid - it only affects powers that can actually be slotted for recharge reduction. As said however, it will improve Hasten's recharge time which should in turn make permadom more easily achievable - especially once you have one of the 2nd tier Spiritual boosts which have a third of their enhancement bypass ED rather than the sixth of the common boost.

Is anyone else struggling to log onto Victory? I can log onto any other server just fine, but when I click on Victory on the server selection screen it keeps failing to display my character list and kicks me back to the login screen - usually with the "Lost connection to DBserver" message.
Edit: Ah seemed to have logged in ok now. I logged into another server first then quit to login and was able to get in ok then. -

the real Synergy is Fire Control's stun power and Psi's Stun power with PSW.
Earth with Fissure has great synergy with Fire Control for this reason too. -

Is Dark good pvp damage? Never used Dark always heard it sucked
Dark/ is also handy because of all the DoT powers which will interrupt an enemy trying to use aid self, and of course the to hit debuff in each attack. It also gives you a ranged self heal power that isn't interruptible. -
It's been down a good four hours now, but maintenance is only supposed to be "up to" 2 hours - normally anyway.

It's just a pet peeve of mine as it makes no logical sense whatsoever. I don't normally bother saying anything but it was close to my lunch break and I decided to randomly google for whether it annoys other people as much as me - and I saw that page and it made me laugh that someone had actually gone to the trouble of creating a diagram so I thought I'd share.
