Can't log onto Victory - all other servers fine?

No, I'm getting the same issue as well... Kinda frustrating.
[Admin] Attention! In 30 minutes, the City of Heroes and City of Villains servers will go down for maintenance reasons. Further information can be found in the City of Heroes Forum.
Servers are going down. Just got that message.

It's not been a good couple of weeks for the servers, really.

Even though it's showing up as online in my server list I can't seem to connect to Victory at all, but other servers are connecting fine - anyone else having this issue? It keeps just booting me back to the username/password screen, sometimes with the "couldn't connect to dbserver" dialog, but sometimes with no message at all.
