Can I get some examples of some perma dom builds?

None of the alphas will buff Domination's recharge, so it's pretty much whatever you feel like there.

Has a total of 143.8% recharge, without hasten. And to me a lot of your powers feel fully slotted, with the exception of a few. I also managed to get you about 35% defense to S/L/E. Just take look and let me know what you think.

This helps a ton especially since I have most of those enhancements already in base storage.

I'll try to remember to bring up my Mind/Psy when I get home.
As to ATio's, my personal approach is to do without. After Basilisk's gaze came out, there are enough +recharge sets to go around. I like to get enough +rech to have dom up at all times w/o hasten, but then have hasten to keep the group mez coming fast or to counter -rech powers.

Build notes:
It's a trick, but I try to fully enhance the effects of my powers alongside getting set bonuses.
Levitate is a nice chunk of smashing damage/instant runner stoppage, but hardly necessary.
TK is there for:
(a) AV holds, the constant hold mag helps power through the triangles
(b) for trials and other locational needs. This can push the last few guards away from consoles on Keyes, and can push voids in MoM/push back Tilman from the well.
Both can be swapped out, but that's why they're there.

I personally use the Radial Paragon Agility Alpha on my Grav/Energy Dom, the 33% Recharge buff, plus the 20% Defense buff help with my Soft Capped Defense build. I have yet to get all of the sets I want for getting Hasten and Domination perma, but I have a pet Kinetic on my alt account the I have around to keep me SB'd until I can get them.
