Can't scroll down the server list on the i21 client

Although we can't access the servers yet, I can get as far as the server selection screen and a couple of my SG mates have noticed that you can't actually scroll down to servers that are off the bottom of the page - well you can scroll to see them but as soon as you release the mouse button the list snaps back to the top and, errr - Exalted is at the bottom of the list...

Fortunately I wasn't planning to roll anything on Exalted myself, and the only server I play on is in its default position at the top of the list. I can see this being a fairly major obstacle for those who play on multiple servers and/or who wish to roll characters on the new Exalted server.

I'm having the same issue as Brev_NA. I cannot scroll down to Virtue to select it (Or Exalted) Both of the servers being below the bottom of the server list and out of sight. mouse always snaps back to the top as soon as I release my mouse key. My main is on virtue so this -is- a big problem for me.

Same situation on windows vista.

Well people were predicting that Exalted would be an empty server, we just didn't realise this would be why

And same problem here, Exalted and Freedom are unselectable for me. I've tried clicking on random servers to change the list order but those two are always stuck at the bottom.

There is QA testing going on. Don't Panic!

Same here on two different Win 7 machines. I'm hoping this is just because we can't actually get in yet....<crosses fingers>

The "scroll snap" is a problem. It's as if the scroll bar does not and cannot remember its position or the entirety of the list. What they should have done is expand the size of the window, and not make it a scrollable list.

Yup, having this issue right now.

Can't select the server all my characters are on right now.

There are two servers at the bottom and my luck is that they are always both at the bottom and they are the two servers that all of my characters are on.

Good QA here

I can actually scroll at the server selection screen, there was a small dot I click, held, and pulled down. it's real small though.

I click, pull down and when I release the mouse button it pops back to the top. I think that is what those of us having a problem are saying. The scroll does not stay at the bottom so that we can actually click on one of the servers that are down there at the bottom of the list.

They are still working on this from what I gather.

The workaround for now is that if the server you want is not visible, log out and then log back in. They are making the Server List vary what servers are shown, although your last server will still be in the top slot. This may require several log in/log out repeats to get it to show the server you want, but it's at least a temporary workaround until they can fix it properly.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Also, the dots signifying server load are not accurate. They are making those do variable things in the background in order to get the Server List to switch around. You may find one of the lowest pop servers listed with red dots when it really is a light load.

This was part of the workaround solution, so pay the server load dots no attention for now.
