I know the feeling TJ, I hated the Kane Halloween event with the "forced" 4 player teams. I can't count how many times I would get a "player" who would just doorsit on that event.
I would prefer that the devs refrain from this "forced" team event model and give us more choice. YMMV
TJ, I feel your pain. I will probably end up skipping this event too as long as the minimum and maximum is a team of four.

I use Irfan View. PrtScrn, Ctrl+V and save. It lets me crop the picture too.

I switched from hero to villain because of the chumps smiling over welcome wagon baskets they received when getting of the ferry in Cap. It had cookies. Yummy white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies. They were still warm...when I took from them.

path A - enjoy the cookies with a nice, cold glass of tears...cackling all the way back to my base.
path B - sell the cookies along with all the other stolen cookie baskets in a bakery that fronts as my evil base of operations...cackling as people come in to buy the baskets that I stole from them in the first place.

Honestly, when the red text came up I had to scroll up to see if there was a 30 minute warning because I was at the tailor. There wasn't one. Anyway, I didn't read all of it so I am not sure if it was their standard "The maintenance window is 2 hours....." or not. -
It's usually on Thursdays. There was an announcement about 10 minutes before they went down.

If spilling the beans isn't necessary, don't do it.
We will still go through them, both for the experience and more specifically because my husband never liked Statesman anyway.

Maybe they could grandfather a system, that keeps the old bases around but works all new bases under an updated system that lets the players choose if they want to clear things and start with a new base under the new system.

I solo-ed DA and the SSA's for exactly that reason, and don't generally bother
with tfs because they're not easily solo-able (without going thru a bunch of rigamarole).
The only way I even know what the darn tf's are about is to read about them on P-Wiki.
Seems a bit silly to me.

Q2: How dose one choose a color for there room. I'm trying to think what i want and how to do it but can't narrow it down it seems. Form a basic color for all or going a little art like and doing some "tricks"(like waves or clouds, etc).

I am not sure Mastermind is a play style but if it is, I play it.
My "toons" (why is that a hated word?) are themed, so sets depend on concept.
St. Martial is my favorite place to be because of all the lights. Founders Falls is second.
I play primarily female, but if the concept works I will roll a male.
I role play all my characters. All my characters have my personality.

I entered the mission, defeated some Carnies, got to the 2nd floor, and there she is just standing in the middle of the hallway. An Elite Boss.
My level is +0/x2 no Arch Villain.
Never had that happen before.
Edit: There were a total of 4 Vanessa DeVore's in this mission. One on the 2nd floor and 3 on the 3rd. -
