I was just about to post this question myself. It would be interesting to know what the secret "Next Generation MMO" project was.

NCSoft would own the IP, seeing as they owned Paragon Studios.
Positron might talk about it in the 'reveal all' event he's setting up (or maybe he can't).

It's a crap economy. These folks need their severance.
He probably gets some sort of severance package. He could jeopardize that if he revealed stuff they didn't want known.

From what I saw on the Trademark and Copyright registry, the term "Paragon City" was cancelled in 2009 but re-upped as a trademark in 2012 and is currently active.
So, I'd dare say that the next "gen" game was going to be titled "Paragon City" and start a new story over from scratch.
