I think it's more that they decided to put those on a sale, instead of adding anything new this week.
Kinda makes their something new each week line a bit of a lie, I mean we could all forgive last week due to the market maintance, but this is the second week now.

What puzzles me about the "NPC Transformations Pack" is that they chose Praetorian models. Why not Coralax and Ghost Pirate or something else that's vaguely shark or nautically themed?

I would have gotten the IDF pack but they are males..and changing into a guy makes me walk funny.
Now a seer/victoria pack I wants!
I would dig NPC transformation power if it was of the signature heroes and villains.
