Eh. I'd take Energy Whips as a Dom set and as a Sc/St APP (assuming even if they forced redraw of other weapons that the whips themselves wouldn't have it). Don't really need a whole Whip Scrapper.

Someone should film someone during that entire sequence of events for posterity now that I think about that for a moment. It has to have happened at least a few times before.

Mad Laughter: Sonic version of Dark Obliteration, AOE attack, -Res
RISE, IGOR: Resurrect/buff fallen friend
Rocket Chainsaw: Vanilla lethal Ranged attack, but with a cool animation and sound effects. (I was gonna say lightning bolts, but Rocket Chainsaw is sooooo much better.) Hell, maybe make it a snipe, with the snipe changes, they're actually pretty cool.
Serve Me Even In Death!: Summons pets, which have the appearance of whatever foe you're fighting, requires a defeated bad guy, up to eight if you have enough bodies. If can't use the same skin, then make them the zombies from the halloween zone apocalypse event.
IT'S ALIVE!: Summons an EB level bad guy, uses a smaller version of the monster model from the Halloween mansion event. You know, the big one with the pegleg.
Sort of the 'pet summoning' epic pool. I think it'd be fun.
Ball and chain was years ago in the poll where Shields, Dual Blades and WP won and thus came live. I still think Ball and Chain would make an awesome set
Ball and Chain would be kind of neat as an alternative Momentum-ish set, where your attacks get faster the more you chain them. But melee has a real lion's share on the powers at the moment. I'd like to see some more diversity.
Oh, but I did think of one kind of Scrapper love I want to see. More weapon customization!
Specifically, unlockable weapon customization (yeah, I know) for doing ridiculous things in-game.
Is there a pylon-soloing badge yet?
(Or at least, sell the weapons for e-merits or paragon points, but let us have the option to unlock them by doing ridiculous things instead.)
At very least, I know I can probably soft-cap S/L defense for Dual Pistol / Martial Whatever, which is good enough for me.
But Dual Pistols damage was so lackluster and the redraw wasnt helping what little -regen and -resist Time Manip has to make up for it. So that was making me meh on using Dual Pistols.
