It's the cybertech back detail (think there are 2) from the cybertech (originally called cyberpunk) costume. It's a costume set that's a mix of punk stuff, a cool new trench coat, glowing tattoes and gadgets. (Basicly,iss 24 freakshow).

For my second tech toon...
This is Oklo, my spine/fire scrapper in his tech battle armor...as much as a prehistoric humanoid dinosaur would need armor. I was trying to replicate a stegosaur w/ the (plasma) spines and an ankylosaur with the helmet.

I love my robotic/techno characters, but I think these two are my best costume-wise. The Rusty Bolt is effectively a nuclear powered Womble, gathering rubbish and putting it to use, maybe doing some crime fighting should it be in the area. The Big Rig is a suit converted from an auto-show truck, driven by ex-government courier Rodney. He learnt a lot from secret government projects and applied it to his motoring know-how to create a powerful suit which can stand up to even the strongest of villains!
I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender
Sometimes all at once.

Here is a tank I made a long time ago named Broken Defense Droid: (He's got a steam pipe backpack on but it's blocked by his head in this pic)
And this is a newer design named Uncompleted: (He's a claws/ and his claws are mismatched :P)
I really enjoy the look of robots who haven't been completed yet or have fallen apart. I've got a ton of variations of the broken droid theme, but these are the two i've gotten the most comments on. Good Luck all!
