So what badges leave us tomorrow?

With all the changes going in we lose a few badges. For example, what happens to the Recluse Victory Statesman and Sister Psyche badges?

The fate of these badges have been known for weeks via the I23 beta patch notes.

IIRC, the patch notes have not mentioned any changes with those.

Ok I should have been more specific. I know those badges are changing, but what about the RV badges? Thats what I was inquiring about.

I have heard or read nothing to suggest those badges are changing. RV already exists in a weird "time bubble" anyway depending on which side is winning or losing. They might eventually change the heroes in RV to reflect the latest SSA deaths, but there's really no pressing need to do that. *shrugs*

Sister Psyche’s Comrade - Fixed!
Penelope Yin’s Friend - New! Good!
Task Force Commander badge - Fixed!
Master of the Statesman TF - Renamed to Master of the Back Alley Brawler Task Force.
Oppressor - Defeating Statesman in Recluse's Victory awards the Oppressor Badge for villains. Changed to Ms. Liberty.
Interrogator - Defeating Sister Psyche in Recluse's Victory awards the Interrogator Badge for villains. Changed to Penelope Yin.

Positron's Pal is not Positron's Ally/Betrayer.

Positron's Pal is the replacement for Statesman's Pal in the "A Hero’s Epic" arc. If you have previously done the "A Hero’s Epic" arc, you have to do it again to get Positron's Pal, and Statesman's Pal will not be removed from your character.

i was referring positrons pal to statesmans pal, and last i read that if you had the sis p tf then you would get penny yin tf badge too

not sure if things are changed or if i misread that, either way it looks like i might have to get my badger to heroside again

That would be a bug.

Oh, I would think it is a bug. However even the Test Server has "Master of Back Alley Brawler's Task Force" and I just finish patching my Test Server install less than 5 minutes ago.

Also on beta/test, "Sister Psyche's Comrade" got renamed to "Sister Psyche's Comrade Badge".

I'm guessing that's a typo from renaming it back, as that doesn't really make sense as a title. The Villain name for it did not change.

I think you may have misread it.

Edit:
I just checked by transferring my badge character to the test server. I did NOT get either Yin's TF badge or Positron's Pal. I also know that this character has done both the Hero's Hero and Hero's Epic Arcs.

Personally, I like the choice they made. I don't want to have to run the STF via flashback then run the nearly exact same TF to get the badge again.

And I don't want to do a Master of Ms. Liberty TF when I've already done the same TF. What they did is called a retcon, and I fully approve of the way they handled this choice.
