Technical help - respecs?

When I log into my recently-50 Brute, it says that I have 2 free respec tokens - hooray! These are account items I received from a pack.

Unfortunately, when I /respec, nothing happens - it tells me that I need to go see an arbiter.

I'm "repairing" my install when I get home from work - you think it'll be fixed?

The /respec command only works with a 'free' respec, such as those given out by the devs at Issue releases (which we didn't get one this past Issue). Since the command did not work for you, the two respecs you have are of the 'earned' variety, and thus must be started from a respec NPC.

Arbiter Lupin is next to the AE building in Nerva Archipelago. Arbiter Saywer is near Pocket D's Port Oakes entry. Jack Wolfe is inside Atlas City Hall.

Repairing your install is unnecessary.

For details on the types of respecs available, see http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Respec.

You may have two respec tokens, but they might not be of the free variety. Go speak with Arbiter Lupin in Nerva to perform the respec.

I tried talking to the arbiter in Nerva - however! it's possible that I went to the wrong one. I shall try again!

As the others have said, this isn't a technical problem, it's supposed to do that.

The message should say which arbiters specifically you need to talk to; it's not the normal trainer arbiter. You need to talk to Arbiter Lupin by the Nerva AE building, or Arbiter Sawyer near the Port Oakes black market.

Also James Frost in Ft Trident (Hero side), Jacob Stone in Crucible (Vil side), or John Snow in Studio 55 (Praetoria).

Yes, like the others said there are Respecs and Freespecs. You can have as many Respecs as earned/purchased on the account/toon, but only one Freespec (Used to get em when major changes happened to the game on a global level).

If you're trying to say that she should be using titannetwork.com (or whatever it is) links, then...She did.

paragonwiki.com is a redirect to the Titan Network, maintained because many people find it much easier to remember. It's the ones with "wikia" in the URL that should be avoided.

I'm 99% certain it was an attempt at humour, parodying Adam West's Batman, a-la;
BM: "Great Scott! It's a [something]"
R: "Holy [blankety]-[Blank], Batman!"

[something] in this case being Wiki-link, and [blankety]-[blank] being Titan-URL, and "Batman!" was replaced with a combination of powersets and epic power pool that WanderingAries felt was a pretty good approximation of what Batman would be in our game (Archetype restrictions on powersets being omitted).

For the record, it tickled my funny bone...

Yeeeeaaahh, I didn't get it at all before you just explained it.
I have used the "holy blank, Batman!" a lot, and that paraphrase of it was still too far out there.

LOL
I don't think you can ever get in trouble for saying or typing Batman or that phrase unless you are trying to call it "my own creation" and/or making money off it.

If that were so, we would all be in serious trouble for practically everything we say.
