I don't think there is a reward for that arc period. Probably due to the fact that you -can- skip to the end.
Not a bug. Would be nice if you got a reward for it if you completed each of the other missions, but eh, no big. They give you two rewards for the final arc to compensate for it.

I guess I'll just wait and see. I talked to some other folks ingame and they said that the arc rewarded completion in beta, but who knows.
Max's arc did NOT grant a reward in BETA.
My belief is that it is WAI for Max's arc to not offer an end reward.
I don't LIKE it, but I think it's WAI.

I remember /bugging the Might of the tanker set because I couldn't slot it in blazing aura.
CS told me that it was WAI and only game developers can make changes to the powers. They also told me to take it to the forums and discuss it in the powers suggestions if I didn't agree with this decision.
... so a patch comes out that fixes the ability to slot might of the tanker in numerous tanker damage auras.

You guys complain about our CS like they're the only ones that do things like that. Every company's CS has issues.
To provide some balance, I've never had a problem with CS in the times I've had to deal with them.
People are human, large companies have problems with communication between departments. It happens. Moving on....
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

As far as I know (and have heard) there is no reward for Max's arc.
I've always skipped the extra/side missions and just solo'd the last mission both in beta and in live. No rewards.

I wonder out loud if good old Max is to be the first "to be continued" type of contact in a future issue (with a subsequent arc award). He remains in the active contact list... even though he d/c'ed his phone. Maybe, it's not over yet.

He only stays in your Active Contact list with an unfilled bar if you skip one or more of the optional missions.
Unfortunately, it looks as if they tied moving him to the Inactive Contacts list to having completed all four of his missions. Even on a character that has complete all four missions and is showing him on the Inactive Contact list the bar is still looking like it's about 1/3 to 2/5 of the way filled.

Just finished Max's arc, and (avoiding spoilers) I did the optional parts of it. I received no reward table at the end. Is that a bug? Someone in a global told me that you only get the reward if you skip the optional missions; is that the case?
