Yay, Dynasty Pieces!
Hmm, discounted costume slot is still very, very expensive. *shrug*

This is why I've never had any problem with their cost. I bought 5 extra slots six-ish months ago and have gotten many, many hours of fun from them. To me they were well worth the price. *shrugs*

Costume slots still apply to every character on your entire account. You're not just buying "one" slot - you're potentially buying access to dozens of them.

Why doesn't marketing think up this obvious idea I have no idea, hear the Black Pebble start doing your job and your company would make more money.
I don't mind the costume unlock so much. Especially knowing that it unlocks on all the characters. The worst part is that after getting the unlock, I will invariably have to spend additional money to unlock the pieces I want to wear.
I think I'll just stay with what I have for now. 400 points will probably turn me over though.
See that's the problem not everyone uses more costume slots then we get free via in game methods. I think it's way to pricey also what they should do is sell this one so it opens up a costume slot for every toon on that account but also sell single ones for like 50pp that just are claimed threw email so only 1 toon gets the extra.

One is that it would have been a little harder to code that way. Doing something uniformly to all the characters of an account is probably far easier than tracking different numbers of bonus slots on different characters. Besides the way it works now you automatically get those bonus slots on any new character you make - there's no having to worry about who gets what slot in the future.
The other big reason is that they probably got plenty of people to buy them the way they are now regardless. Paragon Studios is not relying on a few random 50pp items in their store to make or break their company. Sure they might have lost a few 50pp sales that way, but lets just say if they actually thought they were losing out on huge profits over this then they would have spent the time and effort to make the system work the way you suggest.

Oh I love the set.
Except where's the rest of the pieces?
On the beta server, the top had different versions to it along with where this isn't this gray area. Where is it? I'd love a whole solid tight color that I managed to make along with multiple top sections.
Also, where's the skin version?
Where is all of it? When I saw this on the beta server, I thought there'd be a little more. Either some pieces are missing or someone's holding back. An explanation would be nice as the costume I REALLY wanted to make is now practically impossible.
Where are the rest of the pieces?
EDIT: In fact, I can't even see these sets in the robotic arm category.
What the hell, Paragon Studios? This set had a lot more to it back on beta and instead of the limitless possibilities, I'm instead being limited in what I was hoping to make. I feel extremely ripped off and would really like an explanation as to where the rest of these pieces are!
In case your wondering, this was the set I was hoping to recreate:

As it stands, its completely impossible.
I'm feeling a tad ripped off here unless there's some valid explanation.

Is the chest detail piece a wraparound like the Roman armor, or is it front-only like for the IDF piece?

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

Edited to add that I was thinking of her statement on the other packs, but would suspect that the missing elements are also in the I22 build. I'm sure she'll jump in to clarify, since I can see she's on the forums now.

Yeah, it'd be a mean-spirited move, but I note that priced individually, the pieces listed are all ready close to triple the cost of the bundle (compared to some of the other more recent bundles where the savings, IIRC, wasn't as big), so maybe they feel like doing two bundles to make up the cost?
Maybe they're going to release two packs?

I don't mean to come off angry but this isn't the best thing to do. I'd rather wait in the couple of weeks for i22 to come out and have them release the set then and HAPPILY get my money's worth for the full set then purchase a gimped up version with an IOU sticker on it with the promise of the rest of the set that might or might not be fulfilled.
Not only that, there is absolutely no disclaimer at all there is more to this set for the people who don't go to the beta server so half of them don't even know of this issue. A bigger clarification should have been made on the front page and on this set in particular. They shouldn't have released this set until i22. I am a very unhappy customer right now.

I bought this pack but in the tailor option there's an Imperial Gloves 3 option that isn't unlocked and looking at this announcement I don't see Imperial Gloves 3 listed....am I missing something?
Alevan, yeah, no worries, they are known issues and will be fixed without having to buy anything more.
I'll grab the link in a sec, but they said last night that the updates and fixes would be coming with Issue 22.
I do agree that they could have handled this better... I'm not crazy about how they've been willing to put unfinished/buggy stuff up for sale in the store, but... they've been doing it. On one hand, it's cool to get the stuff that does work great now (and then the rest will come in a little bit), but - on the other hand - it might be okay for someone like me that follows this stuff and understands that they know it is buggy and have fixes coming down the pipe... what about someone who just buys it before learning this? Not so good, I'd imagine.
Anyways... in the end (should be pretty soon), everything will be there and it'll be all fixed.
Regardless, it is a nice set. I do, also, understand the complaints.
EDIT:
Here's Zwill's confirmation from last night:

Buying slots for single characters is an interesting idea, though.
The additional Imperial Dynasty pieces are coming with Issue 22 (the first update after the launch to be specific). Unfortunately there wasn't time to work them into a build prior to the release of the Pack.
In other words, Soon™ .

So..... No one else is having issues with imperial gloves 3?
Yay for new pieces! Dink really went above and beyond making adjustments to them based on feedback.
Happy about the Costume Slot sale - finally! I guess I have to buy points after all. :P
