28th is the end of Spring Fling; Events don't usually shut down without the servers going down.

There has been some speculation that it might be a fix for the French and German store interface. The ingame announcement said to visit the forums for details but, as usual, it will be several more hours before we get any information.

Okay... That is weird that they would only announce in-game and not in the news section... odd... but no biggie really... just thinking it was not a fully hatched plan then or well thought-out... with this user-base you would think they would still make an actual post.

Today is Tues, not Thursday and I do not see any announcement for server downtime at all for today... does anyone know what is going on? I've already checked the news forums for it... strange that I cannot find a mention for 2/28 downtime right now as of 8:21am.
