Does this mean we don't get a Retro Sci-Fi dress?

I notice we didn't get to vote on different Retro Sci-Fi dress designs. Does this mean they have one they definitely want already, or that they scrapped that idea entirely?

As I understand it, not everything that'll eventually ship with the set is up for a vote. Most of it, yes. All the essential stuff, yes. But certain costume pieces will simply be developed internally and make for a nice surprise later. Stay tuned for details on what makes the final cut.

Don't be sexist. These suits are unisexual.

I hope they are, but I'd also like a dress. I'm encourage by Noble Savage's response.

My question would be: Will there be only one "winner" from each voting catogory, or is it possible that the final pack may include multiples (say both A & D from the raygun catogory) depending on how well they do?

I had no idea that wearing dresses was "sexist," but go figure. I will go burn all of mine IRL right this minute; luckily we've had a lot of rain here recently.

I hope to retro sci-fi* pack has more than five pieces in it.

* Does anyone else get a chuckle at how the phrase "retro sci-fi" actually makes sense?

Zwill posted about this in one of the vote threads, something about limiting things due to timelines and development dates that made sense.

edit: there it is.

Precisely. I can see a full female spacesuit, for example, based on the style that wins in the polls, then someone doing a skirt that fits that style as an add-on. You wouldn't want a separate vote on that, as it may result in a skirt that doesn't fit well with the rest of the parts.

That was a common theme for most all the parts when David drew them at the Player Summit.

They all laughed at me when I said I wanted to be a comedian.
But I showed them, and nobody's laughing at me now!

I think he was thinking more in terms of Sally Ride than Judy Jetson.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
(If you love this game as much as I do, please read that post.)
