Ah, so it's like you have ran the ITF on all your toons? It unlocks all the pieces available through it permanently?

FYI - it isn't Spring until March 20/21.
Historically yes but most meteorologists, including the UK Met Office, use the 1st March as the 1st day of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere.

I22 still needs quite a bit of tweaking- especially the DA repeatable missions (Yes, I'm on a crusade on this one).
I don't expect it till Early- Mid March, I'd say the 13th or even the 20th.
