I have been playing for nearly three years and there are still things I haven't done. Things that have been in the game for a while (Never done a Hami or any of the Shadow Shard TFs). I've only done BAF and LAM trials.
When someone broadcasts that they are doing something I haven't done but would like to I send them a tell and let them know I've never done it and leave it to them to decide if they can use me.
If they do, I cheerfully announce my noob status to the whole team and generally ask for advice on the best way to help the league.
If someone announces a Master of.. I don't even bother unless I am totally familiar with the content (really ITF, and Task Force commander TF's are the only ones I would even think about doing a Master of)
As important as experienced leaders are to the trials, it's just as important that players unfamiliar with a TF or Trial ACTIVELY seek aid if they don't know what to do. I will always do that, unless the team is patronizing or rude. I treat others with respect and expect to treated the same way.
Also, if you are planning a badge run (DFB) tell the team and don't assume that everyone will automatically know that it is a badge run. I've accidently ruined a few of those because the leader didn't bother to announce it was a badge run
BTW, I'm MWRuger in game. I'm sure I've teamed with some of you and I am certain that you've helped me get used to new material. Mystic Fortune has teamed with me and helped me a lot.
Oh wow Amygdala... I've been playing how long and NOW I learn this. I can't wait to test that tonight.

Well folks, it was fun while it lasted.
I think I'm getting more than just a bit burned out on UGT and leading trials in general. I find myself experiencing more frustration at people just having fun, meaning no harm, but not paying attention.
And it's impacting my enjoyment of the content.
Anyone can make mistakes, I just don't want to overreact and be rude to someone when they do.
This Sunday will be the last scheduled MoUGT run for awhile.

Going to miss these, might have to run some myself again, maybe try to break my streak of bad luck leading UGTs while I'm at it.

You've been running the UGT, like, at least every other day for two months. Okay, maybe not quite that often, but more than enough for massive burnout. Not to mention that lately we've had an unusually high number of weird things happen with Des and the trial in general that have contributed some frustration.
Definitely set it aside for a while. After some time away from the helm of UGT, if you feel compelled to return to running it once every week or two, great. If not, thanks either way. It's been a great ride.

Well, twice, against my better judgement, I ran a UGT and later a MoM. The UGT went quite well, and that MoM was the smoothest I'd ever been on. Even had a couple of unshifted 50s on there - and they didn't do too badly.
I don't think hardly any got caught in the pink stuff for very long. Awesome buffs, thanks a lot!

Uk, Cinder, Ion and the rest, you guys are the REASON I practically sing Liberty's praises as a Trial-friendly Server here on the Forums, hell, just look at my posts in the Beta Forum over the difficulty slider in Trials argument.
That being said, I support what has been said here 100% I suck at leading (which is why I never do) and sometimes I gripe when I get killed by my own stupidity at times but you all know I cool off a lil bit later and go right back at it. Plus between 3 accounts I have about 20 50s, most have a level shift or 3. Sooo... Here are my Globals-
