Really people? What about that horrible movie deserves a cartoon based on it?

Meanwhile, it's another two months before we get more Bob's Burgers.

That was pretty much my reaction. With the added observation that even if one thought a cartoon series was warranted, isn't it a bit late? The moment of popularity has passed.

I couldn't sit through the movie on my one attempted viewing. I'm certainly not interested in a cartoon. However the networks are always desperate for something to sell.

Too many alts to list.

I can't believe they Killed Futurama AND King of the hill for This and/or Bob's Burgers

It was better than Allen Gregory, but that's not saying much.

I only watched the first episode, it seemed too zany. What made the movie work was it was so subdued and deadpan. The cartoon seemed more like Beavis & Butthead.

That show was absolutely horrendous and just reinforces the fact that Jonah Hill is not anywhere near the vicinity of "funny".

Bob's Burgers was awesome and understated. Louise (the younger daughter) was just so out there.

I just didn't find it all that funny. But it was less loathsome to me than Home Movies.

I wont be watching the cartoon, but Im a little surprised that so many here disliked the film. Quirky, geek perfection at its best...being a nerd myself, I thought it was an interesting and funny take on the whole highschool misfit spin.

I guess I can see why people dont care for the movie, but I can also definitely see why it has a strong following.
