Mids’ Hero/Villain Designer 1.953 - December 2011

New features:

• Titan Weapons!
• New Incarnate powers!

• A ton of bugfixes that you guys reported!

• Windows Vista and Windows 7 have issues with the updater due to UAC interfering with writing to the Program Files folder. Many of these problems can be resolved by (a) installing as Administrator, (b) running Mids as Administrator, or (c) installing Mids to a location other than the Program Files folder.
• Diminishing Returns for PvP mode have not yet been added; all buffs currently show their full, unmodified values.
• The Power Graphs for the current build do not display effects for pseudo-pet powers like Ice Storm. This does not affect the Powerset Comparison, which is now fully aware of pseudo-pets.
• Power Boost affects some powers that should ignore its buffs, such as Ice Shields.
• Temporary and Accolade powers are not being affected by buffs such as recharge rate.
• In some cases, the Reactive Interface DoT damage doesn't correctly factor in the CancelOnMiss for the damage, resulting in slightly higher damage being reported.

Found a bug, the alpha, vigor core paragon does not appear to be applying it's enhancement values (Atleast the healing values).

I also found a bug, the Dmg procs are not displaying the amount of damage they inflict when you hover over it.

EDIT: Actually none of the procs display what they do or their duration.

Also Titan Weapons allows you to pick Shield Defense as a secondary for brutes, scrappers and Tankers.

Procs like FF+Recharge when slotted do not give you the option on the little green circle on the power to see how the proc will affect recharge.

However, I think I found a new bug as well.... recovery values seem to be bugged, or are at least different from what the previous version displayed. I was just working on a new widow build that had 2,75 endgain/sec, and is now down to 2,4. I checked my other builds - I always build for 2,5 endgain/sec or more, but they all showed around 2,2 now.

Having to uninstall and reinstall over the directory in C:\program files (x86)\Titan Network\

Okay something REALLY screwy is going on.

I uninstalled Mid's, wiped out the directory and reinstalled. It starts up as 1.953. I go to RE-start the app, and it starts up as 1.952.
I uninstall and wipe the directory. Then I reinstall to a new location. It starts up as 1.953. I go to restart the app, and it starts up as 1.952.

Some changes I made to the Grant Power code appears to have broken (a) damage enhancements from Alpha slots (damage and damage resistance are the same enhancement, actually), and (b) IO procs. I'm going to try and get a fix for it out within the next couple of days.

YES! YES! YES! OH MY GOD YES!

I almost can't play without my mids First thing I did was patch it and build my Elec/Titan tanker i've been leveling up blind.

Patched without incident straight over the old copy. I love how it 'knows' where the old one is . 1 query though, i noticed as well when I select say, cardiac t4 alpha, my resistance values are not changing.

Everything else seems sweet though. Thanks once again for all your hard work!!!!
