There have been many reports of players not getting their year badges since Issue 21 launch.

Count me on this list of "didn't receive the 5 Year Vet badge", even though I, like the OP, hit 5 years in game before F2P launched.
I wonder when they they will fix the problem and award the badge accordingly.

From the Devs/Community Reps... nope. Some people have posted the Customer Support team is aware of it though.
File a /petition in any case.

I'm missing my six year badge; since September, and yeah support reports it is a known issue and to be on the lookout on the forums when a fix is put in place.
Yeah, still haven't gotten my 7 year badge and should have gotten that months ago. Haven't heard back from the petition I sent in last month.

Got a response (quickly!) from Customer Support with information regarding a 27 month badge from a different game....
Not pleased at all about this.

Regarding the XXX year Veteran Rewards badge, the Development Team is currently working on a resolution for this issue. Once a fix has been completed and tested, it will be made available in a future patch to the live servers. Please keep posted to the City of Heroes message board and website at http://www.cityofheroes.com for any updates to when a fix will be implemented.

Thank you for contacting NCsoft Account Support.
Due to an oversight, the items for the 27 Month Veteran Rewards were not added in time for our billing publish holiday blackout period. If you have been subscribed for 27 months, and are due to receive a Veteran Reward on or after December 22, 2011, your reward will not be applied to your account on the normal date. These items will be applied after the billing publish on January 11, 2012. This delay will not affect any future release of Veteran Rewards, and you should receive those on the correct dates.
As a reminder of what will be included in the 27 Month Veteran Rewards, I have included a list of these items below:
5 x Moratis Secret Remedy
3 x Major Ancient Crown
5 x Platinum Medal
4 x Revival Stones
3 x Felicitous Socketing (Eternal)
3 x Felicitous Socketing (Fabled)
1 x Arena Ticket Box (5 Arena Tickets)

Makes the stats look good though
Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I started the game October 20, 2006 and have been paying for it non stop. When Freedom went live, I like many others, bought extra Paragon Points so I could get the tier 9 VIP costume pieces. October 20011 has come and gone and I still have not recieved my 5 year badge (or the free token for a year badge). Anyone else have the same issue?
Not sure if buying the PP bugged my yearly badge or if it has something to do with having used time cards for some of the months I've been playing. But I certainly do not have the 5 year badge.
