Where are my 400 "free" points?

Although it's not the case that you get points for each calendar month, you get the points for each month you subscribe at the start of the subscription period.
So if a completely new player subscribed as a VIP on 14th January, he would get his 400 points right away on the 14th. If he then did not renew his subscription. He wouldn't get any more points in February as he had already got his points for the Jan/Feb period and wasn't renewing for the Feb/Mar period.
As such, if you don't renew your subscription, you probably won't get any points at the end of February.
Given that your account is due to expire in the middle of the month, you could e-mail support and query as to why you get your points at the end of a month rather than when your renewal goes through. I suspect you may have used a 15 day time-card, or something similar, off-putting your dates by half a month.

My bill date is the 2nd.

I did need to re-establish billing after the auto-bill failed though (whoops - expired cc date). I'm wondering if that fixed things for me.

I have been arguing with them a month now. The GMs tell me that they have explained everything to me (they haven't at all actually their info contradicts posts by Zwillinger and listed on the website.) What it comes down to in my case, pay for next month, receive last months rewards.

i didnt get my pp's in oct...so ive been premium since then.i contacted support.they told me only way i would get anything is by upping another month and i aint paying for a month and getting nothing for it.so i contacted beatstyle who said hed look into it..after many weeks he came back with sorry all i can say is..contact support. this is of course after i gave him my support emails!.sad as it is.they wont get a friggin dime from me every again till i get what i paid for and since then they havent.
being here since 2004 i expect alittle bit of loyality...and all i got was ripped off.ill log on and see if my missing pp's are there..then i log back out.
not a dime !!

This and other QA problems are why I let my subscription end.
Reward tokens are allocated at the end of the month.
