Secondary for a werewolf
So what do you guys think would be the best secondary for a werewolf concept? I am kinda leaning towards Regen to represent the inherent healing factor, but WP with RttC's -tohit is tempting as well. What do you guys think? Also is there a way to trigger a costume change when my fury bar is full?

I love regen, but I still think wp is better at nearly everything.
I think WP fits a werewolf very well: it has the healing factor, but it also has increased stamina (recovery), physical durability (resists), and improved senses (defense).

Regeneration and Toughness Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of a werewolf is that they are nearly unstoppable. The combination of their large mass and physical strength makes them very dangerous. Further, unlike vampires, werewolves are not fragile. Werewolves have a toughness factor, allowing them to absorb a great deal of abuse, even beyond what their greater mass provides. Werewolves are also quite resistant to pain, and have high regenerative properties. A werewolf in a fight is similar to a wild boar. Even long after the werewolf should be dead from its injuries, or pain should have incapacitated it, a werewolf will keep on attacking. For wizards however, the most dangerous aspect of a werewolf is that it is resistant to most magic, much like a dragon, manticore, or giant. Because of this, slowing or stopping an attacking werewolf is a highly improbable task. Werewolves possess potent regeneration. Wounds heal quickly. Minor wounds, such as those by most guns, will seal and fully recover in several seconds. Even major wounds will regenerate in a matter of minutes. However, a werewolf will not regenerate lost limbs. Major wounds may cause death if not sufficiently regenerated, and by this means a werewolf can die even without resorting to silver. A werewolf's regeneration fails completely against cuts made with silver. Silver also lightly burns their flesh, mostly making it painful to touch (but no more than grabbing a hot skillet). Otherwise, silver has no special effect. It does not, for example, cut any more easily than a steel blade, and bludgeoning with a silver object is unlikely to harm a werewolf anymore than bludgeoning them with a hot skillet. |

I love Regen, but (while both would absolutely work) I think WP works even better due to the already mentioned factors of resists and defense and such and how that is a part of a Werewolf as well.
I mean, heck, you could go with other secondaries too, but yeah... WP is my choice unless you really want the click heal due to preference in playing style or something!
Now, my curiosity begs me to ask what Primary you're going with? Claws?
I've always wanted to make a werewolf character, but I can never come up with something that I'm happy with when in human form...
But wait... Maybe I could go with Claws, but only use Temporary and Pool Power attacks while human and then use a macro/bind to swap toolbars into my Claws attacks upon transformation... !! Thanks!!
And good luck!

With the costume change when Fury bar is full - its a lot more difficult now to reach 100% Fury since they made some changes a few issues back (I forget which issue).
The changes allow you to MAINTAIN a high amount of fury (70%+ I think) but reaching 100% is difficult (Villain Alignment Power Frenzy does this but only for about 30 secs).
Another idea is to go Dark, since a Werewolf is related to the moon and darkness. Otherwise, yeah, WP and Regen are the best bets.

I am going to use Street Justice for the primary. I wanted to use claws, but they don't have beast claws as an option so no good there. Street Justice works visually in both human and werewolf forms. Combine using beast run when in wolf form and I am G2G. I am going with WP for her secondary.
Since there doesn't seem to be a way to have fury trigger the transformation, I guess I will just have create a button to change my costume and activate beast run.

The Howling looked like /regin to me
Here you come with a stupid name like Fixer - brutalkillz_
Also on the WP bandwagon, but for two reasons:
1) Minimal Effects chosen will not be visible (You can call it regen if you want)
2) WP > Regen and once toggles are on, you really don't have to click anything, which leaves your fingers for more SMASH!

I went claws/WP on mine a while back (when the body changing tailor appeared). But since you can't get claws on your fingers, (like TONS of folks have asked for) she has kinda slipped into non use. I still love the character though.

I solved the claws issue by saying my "werewolf" was the result of Mad Science mix of human and wolf DNA and the claws were a cybernetic implant. I added some metal pieces here and there and voila, the steel claws don't look out of place.
I used /WP for what that's worth.

Furball Armor? And you're Fury ball ain't gonna hit "full" unless you get the Villain Tip mission power. They pretty much nerfed that bad boy.
