why cant people just play where they want to play? why does everyone have to judge the other for their choices?

whats kind of hilarious to me is those of you with the shiney gold names ******** about VIP and server elitism.. hypocrit much? OHH LOOK AT ME I SWITCHED THE SHINEY GOLD TITLE IN MY NAME THAT POINTS OUT IM VIP..

I play on Exalted!
Of course, I play on every server, so...
In any case, Exalted is fun for the same reasons all the other servers are fun. Find people you like to hang with/listen to, and it is all good.
I personally have not found Exalted to be any more elitist than any other server. YMMV.

To me Exalted means 12 more alts without paying for more slots. I also created 12 more on Defiant, since I had nothing there up to now. That leaves me, I believe, about 3 English-speaking servers with no alts.
...and I've not seen any difference between the servers in the attitudes of the people who play on them.

Liberty is my home server, but I play on several others as well... Union, Virtue and Exalted... and I haven't noticed the last being any "worse" than any of the others as far as the jerk-to-fun ratio goes. I'm sure there are elitist pricks out there, but so far? I can't say I've teamed with any of them, or seen them take over the chat channels any more frequently than they do elsewhere.

I haven't seen any elitism on Exalted. Worst I've seen was some off-topic Help chat, but who care about that? For all the off-topic stuff there was just as many people answering real questions. I've been one excellent teams there.
For me, Exalted is a server with people. I mainly play on Triumph, and it's nice to have a more crowded server to play on (I also have characters on Virtue, but I don't play em as much). I swap back and forth between Exalted and Triumph, and try to answer as many questions as I can. Even on Exalted, returning players need help. I'm having fun.
I haven't noticed anything different about Exalted - except for the fact that I'm earning XP

I have turned the help channel off on that server. It's flooded with garbage.

Well, that and the fact that off-topic chatter on /Help has been worse on Exalted than any of the other servers I play on. But that's easily rectified.

Now that doesn't bother me. Exalted is just like any other and unlike some say, there are a lot of new people actually asking for help about 'basic stuff' so it's nice to see that there are new players subscribing to the game.
The two things that bothered me on my main servers aren't really things that occur frequently:
1) Elitists on Freedom who only want speed runs and Stone tankers/kins for whatever - easily avoidable since there are so many TFs and teams for all levels forming all the time you don't ever need to team with them.
2) People on Virtue running regular missions like it was a MoSTF - 'stop aggroing the mob let me herd I'm the tank' - and that's on like, Frostfire with nobody dying (and even if I or the blaster who was aggroing in that occasion too died, we wouldn't blame the Tank or whatnot). But... Easily avoidable too, that happened like 5 times in over 500 missions I've been there, and never happened on TFs.
