I'd also suggest fire/cold corruptors. With mine, I was able to solo AVs before putting too heavy an investment, and I am able to solo GMs (albeit with Lore pets) with a heavier investment.
Edit: er, just saw you had a 30 mil budget. While it may be possible with a /cold on 30m, it'd be pretty difficult.

Im doing a mind/time controller right now. It's the first time ever I have walked through an entire mission without taking a single point of damage and the only controller I have ever made that solos at what I would considder a more scrapper oriented diff.

I've seen this kind of comment in the Help channel recently as Bots/Time/Mace being the new "needs a nerf" build....but what about it makes it so powerful? Especially on SO's?
Try a Bots/Traps MM. Bots/Time/Mace does look good... you'll have a lot of mitigation from Time plus Scorpion Shield and Power Boost from Mace, so you should be quite tough. However, /Traps can softcap without Scorpion Shield and will boost your damage more than Time will... and more importantly, /Traps gets mez protection. Bots/Traps can solo AVs and even GMs with just SOs... it doesn't get much easier than that.

Plus /time has VERY limited -regen and no mez protection. Farsight only goes so far to letting you hits things (it provides +tohit) But your far more likely to slot it with +def, then you are with +tohit, and the -def numbers you have are pretty limited as well.
While /time on a MM is probably very nice, its lack of mez protection and limited -regen debuff (it does a total of i think -200% regen, which is basically nothing when its resisted by 85%) won't make it very nice for soloing AVs.
Granted bots/ provides some decent -regen (assault bot) but it might not be enough to down AVs in record times, especially AVs with nasty godmode powers, like Mynx or Honoree.
Plus pets don't get the recharge buffs from Time right? They get any movement speed buff but not recharge buff, since pet powers were coded not to take external recharge buffs.
Yeah, pets now are completely immune to recharge buffs and debuffs. Something to due with their AI. I don't understand why it should matter, but there it is.
I strongly-strongly recommend a Bots/Time/Mace Mastermind. It is... close to being game breaking. On single origins. In fact, a fully decked out multi billion dollar Illusin/Rad is not much better than a well built base IO Bots/Time/Mace. It's insane.
