Forum login problems?

Master Account and Game account don't have to be the same password.
That being said, have him log into his Master Account and change the password on his Game Account. He can change it to the same thing it is right now (if it meets the newer password rules put into place a few years ago) and then should be able to log into the forums.
It took around 10-15 minutes for mine to take effect, but then I was able to log in.
There have been several posts about it here and in other forum sections.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I've had the same problem on this account for days. I was able to log in once last night (no apparent reason). Today unable to log in. Tried the work-around suggested above and it didn't work immediately; I didn't know to give it 15 min. Obviously I'm able to get in now, so hopefully it is fixed.
Once you upgrade to the new issue 21 client you will need to reset your forum password and then wait 15 minutes for the server to replicate the new information to your account.

Atech support person told me to log into master account and change the GAME password to the SAME one you have been using. This worked for me when nothing else did. Hope it helps.

althought it seems that the "remember me" tick doesn't do anything if I close and reopen my browser (have to login again)

I kept getting the message that the username and password where incorrect despite that I could use the same combination to log into CoH. After logging in on my NCSoft master account and changing the password on my CoH account to exactly the same one as before, my forum login problem was solved.

I haven't had access to the forums for a few days, but found that the "reset your NCSOFT Master Account password" trick worked great and RIght Away!
On a side note - this issue seems to be recurring for me every time the game servers are down. I can't log into the forums until the game servers are back up.
THE MOST irritating thing about this is that the 'new posts' function becomes unusable with this bug.

Relaying a question from others: My brother can't log in to the Forums at all; the system keeps telling him he has the wrong password. He can log into the game itself just fine, as well as his NCSoft Master account. As far as I know, those all have to be the same password, so this must be a technical problem on the Form side. And I just got a tell from an SG-mate with a similar Forum issue.
Now, obviously anybody else who has this problem can't reply on the Forums. So, has anybody who *can* post heard more about this?
