Yeah I get the same mate, on 2 different paid accounts, have tried twice a day for 3 days straight now
Spend 2 nights downloading the Beta completely crippling my internet and wasting 6.3GB of disk space for nothing - woo.

Which server are you trying to sign on to?
Beta Server 01 is the correct server and I'm logged in now, was logged in last night and the night before.
Beta Server VIP Test is still inaccessible for me.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

It's telling me I'm not a VIP player and has locked all my characters out. I was able to get on last night now NADA. I have all the switches clicked correctly, even have the check to link accounts marked. So what gives? or am I missing something?

same problem here...was on yesterday after copying a couple of toons..now...locked out. no public access.
Seek, and ye shall find:
Premium Test on Beta today until Midnight eastern
The Tl;dr version is that the VIP server is locked out to everyone while VIP status is disabled. You have to log into the regular Beta server. You won't have VIP recognition until they flip the switch again, so many things will be locked out to you unless you've payed to unlock them. If anything is locked for you that you think shouldn't be, make sure to mention it in the appropriate forums (/bug is one of the things that is disabled when VIP goes down....go figure 
)
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

I can get into Beta Server 01 now....but not the VIP server. Keeps saying that I am not allowed. I figured that was because that Server was invitation only or something like that.
VIP is locked but if you were one of the few betas who followed instructions and made a temporary non vip beta account too, you would of seen only Beta 01 lit, the VIP players should see Beta 01 and VIP Beta.
We are still on Beta 01 as VIP's the other server "VIP Beta" appears to be Visibility testing for the future VIP live Server.

Can't login right now to Beta01, too. It's the only one thats lit. I get the same message that public access is not allowed. It's the first time I'm trying to log on, though.

I don't seem to be able to log onto either of the two servers for the beta. Its really getting frustrating, I restarted my account so I could get access to the beta, and then I am forced to wait 2 days, and now can't get on!
yea i cant get past the server as it is has the public access disabled been like it all night for me
