If we're talking any comics powers and not just CoX powers, my list, in no particular order is:
∙ Unfailing teleportation to any other point on Earth; or flight.
∙ Invisibility coupled with intangibility; or shape changing.
∙ Superman-level invulnerability.
∙ The ability to cure any disease, or heal any injury in others.
Super strength could be fun, but it's not near the top of my list. Same with mind-control - I think if I had the ability to control other people's minds, it would corrupt me pretty quickly.

I'd like the power to choose who lives and who dies. Instantly..None of that philosophical stuff either just 'you! you die NOW!'. I wouldn't abuse it...just to have the power and people know I have it..And of course I couldnt be killed either..cause with that kind of power you know there would be a huge target on me.

In descending order of priority:
1. Invulnerability
2. Regeneration
3. Reality Manipulation
4. Psychic powers
5. Whatever else
The first 4 in tandem would make me all but untouchable, anything beyond that is gravy.

Personally I think I'd go with teleportation and/or psychic powers. Or maybe shapeshifting.

D'uh easy the ability to shift into a giant Dinosaur who mimics people.
For me, the same kind one of my characters has. Any humanoid form, IE anything I can manage to make in the character creator.
