Recharge/Button Bug

I've had this happen to my Brute about two weeks ago.

Things to remember:

It's not just you, and it's not just leveling up. Running tip missions last night with two different level 50's, I had it happen if I completed the tip missions very quickly. Oddly, I also occasionally had the "daily fame" bubble not increase even though the X/10 progress did. Unfortunately, I am not sure if these two pieces of strange behavior hit on the same missions or not.

i dont think ive ever experienced this bug before, i have experienced the bug where i exit a mish and my powers instantly recharge for no reason

As for the "instant recharge" of powers, it's likely due to time differences between the server your mission is on and the server the zone you are going to are on. This also causes toggles to drop.
Everytime they think they have the server times synched up correctly, it seems to start all over again.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I'm one of those players that tends to exit quickly from a mission and that might be the cause. The other thing I need to test is whether the bug disappears as soon as I use another power.
What I'm saying is that perhaps the powers will not recharge--they are on perma-cooldown--until I use at least one power and then they all begin recharging normally. The problem is temporary but the powers aren't recharging properly.
I swear this bug followed me; I used to get it all the time.
I'm getting this bug as well. I'll enter a mission and some of my powers will be greyed out and perma-unrecharged. Usually fixes itself when I zone out again.
At first I thought it was a problem specifically with Steam Jump as that seemed to be the only power that was doing it, but in the last few days I'd been having problems with Practiced Brawler(Surprise! No mez protection for this Carnie mission!) and just yesterday on a Willpower character, all my WP toggles and Tough were bugged out like this, even though they'd all been active when I entered the mission. However, Combat Jumping and Sprint were not affected and worked fine.
I have had this as well. I am usually able to fix it one of two ways:
1) zone somewhere else
2) use the /sync command

zone works--i think I tried /sync and it did not. I will be sure to try it next time.
I've had it happen to me a number of times now. Unfortunately it happens too sporadically for me to have an opportunity to try to nail down the cause or solution. I can say that if I continue playing the power will eventually begin recharging normally, even if I don't zone. I've tried looking for a way to force it but so far haven't had any luck. I'll try /sync next time it happens.

That chick what plays the bird-things...
Just came back a few weeks ago. When I left, one of the recurrent bugs was the button bug: your buttons become very small because they are recharging--and they don't come back. This seems to happen when I leave a mission but I have not noticed if the powers with small buttons are the ones needing recharge.
Did this bug follow me back? Most of the people I've mentioned it to don't even remember the bug and have not had it...
